Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Arrived late Sat 3rd August & were pleasantly surprised to be told a cold buffet had been prepared for us saw we'd missed our evening meal -turns out it was a sandwich, fruit & yoghurt but better than nothing! We found there was always a decent selection of food/choice during our stay. We found the hotel to be clean & well maintained throughout and all staff cheery & very hard working-special mentions however for Lorena who somehow seemed to remember all guests names & Dannito (Danny) who worked the bar. The entertainment was maybe a bit limited for some but the host was super enthusiastic & friendly. If it's 'not your thing' there are other more lively pubs and venues less than 5 minutes walk away. The only negative was our room, 242, seemed to have noisy service water pipes within the ceiling that woke us a few times with the sudden sound of rushing water! We did become accustomed to it. This was such a well needed, relaxing & peaceful holiday we'd have no issue recommending and would love to return too

This hotel is in a lovely location central to everywhere. It is clean and really comfortable, I have stayed on many occasions and I am looking forward to returning this year (the hotels 25th year.) The staff are so so helpful even helping me to download things, they are also very knowleable about various locations no only the area but other locations. The food is typically Spanish, but I've had some nice meals. My preference for rooms is at the front of the hotel as this captures the lovely sun during the afternoon and evening, the sea view rooms tend to be in the shade at this time. But still lovely also the roof terrace with the jacuzzi is a proper sun trap.

This was my second stay and I loved it, the food is fine and I never went hungry, it's typical AI , I can not fault the bar staff or the restaurant staff . The infinity pool is lovely, must admit I have never tried the roof terrace all seems too love island for me lol. I've just booked a 3rd stay next month this time as a solo traveller which I've never done before but the hotel and surrounding area made me feel safe enough to give it a try. The glass balcony sea view rooms are amazing but unfortunately love holidays didn't give me an option to book one this time , so I'm hoping the email I sent to ereza mar reception asking for a sea view is granted. I've decided to give ereza los hibiscus a try in November I hope they are as good. A big thank you to all the staff for being great and I look forward to seeing you next month xxxx

i’ve just returned from 12 days at this hotel covering Christmas and New Year on half board basis. Having read previous reviews prior to the trip, I was concerned as to the standard of food however I was not disappointed it is a traditional buffet style meal you get in all hotels of this type, there’s a slight change for the menu every day but all in all it’s good quality however the only potato available seems to be chips or wedges no other choice of potato. My recommendation is to eat in the hotel and have one or two meals out dependent on the length of your stay. The hotel is spacious clean and very well located. My main criticism of the hotel room was a lack of storage space. The availability of sun beds was good most of the time excellent area around all the pools and hot tubs The staff in all departments can’t be faulted they were excellent and friendly throughout there were Gala dinners on Christmas Day on New Year’s Eve A four star hotel at best.

This was our third visit and sadly the last! We have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s in Caleta over the last 8 years however this hotel has the perfect location and sea view, but realistically, are the only positives. Anyone who says the food is ok must have very low standards! We had all-inclusive for two years because Easy-Jet only sell this as an option. Our first visit we went with an open mind after reading bad reviews about food (3 years ago, so no change.) We are not fussy and agreed as long as we get something to eat, it would save money… but the food is comparable to a very bad canteen and to be honest shameful as are the drinks! We ended up eating out the whole time and buying drinks from the supermarket to have on the balcony. It’s not that expensive to eat out and you can be very canny but you have to factor this in, which we did the second year. This year however, we liked the hotel and the location so much that we went with BA and booked breakfast only. This seemed to be our detriment as previous years we emailed in advance our room preference(s) and the floor we would prefer and have been grateful to have our request granted. This year the guy on reception was new and not very friendly at all when we arrived. Even though id checked in on line we went through a lot of paper shuffling, tapping on the computer with no eye contact. We were asked if we would like to upgrade to all inclusive which we declined but he still pushed a bit more about it being a good deal nut still politely declined! So finally it comes to room allocation…. “Although we understand you are a returing customer and emailed us in advance with your preferences, unfortunately we were not able to allocate you any of your choices” all given with a hint of smugness! We didn't even get the floor we had requested! I am still sure the reason our requests wasn’t met is because we wouldn't upgrade to all inclusive. It seems even customer loyalty has also taken a nose dive! Breakfast was worse this year than ever, cold eggs, both fried and scrambled every day just completely cold… but it seems the Ereza Mar loyalty club like cold food? Sausages are shocking, ‘boiled’ from frozen with not an ounce of pork in it’s content and I don't want to know what was the content either🤢. Last year they were at least edible, most people tried them only once! I did observe the customer choices at breakfast and most popular or edible choice seemed to be a bread roll with processed ham and edam cheese, porridge or beans on toast. Fruit looked nice but always never ripe enough. Coffee is undrinkable and if you dare make your own in your room with coffee brought from home you can’t take it into the ‘canteen’. We have never stayed around the pool during any visit, we walk to the beautiful beach outside the Sheraton Hotel and have a roll or fruit for lunch from the spar supermarket 5 mins walk. I can tell you as an early riser, the entertainment at the hotel, is at its best between 6.30

I spent Christmas here as a solo traveller and felt so welcome from both the staff and fellow guests. Christmas dinner was real occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make our day feel really special. I really don’t understand why anyone would leave a negative review of this hotel - the rooms are super clean and modern and the sea view is fabulous. I was here at a peak time and always found a spot by the pool or on the roof terrace; there was rarely a queue at meal times or to get drinks - it never felt crowded. I can’t comment on the evening entertainment as I am an early to bed, early to rise kinda girl! In the midst of my depression at the thought of returning home to rainy, grey England, I have just booked another week here next year! ❤️
