Stunning hotel, beautiful rooms & wonderful staff. The food is so amazing we upgraded to all inclusive. Lovely entertainment at night to chill with. We are in our last night here and will definitely return again. Weather topped off too. Thank you

We had been to this hotel the year before and enjoyed it so much we went back. It is excellent! We went on the Royal Level, adult-only package and found it to be amazing. A dedicated check-in area, with complimentary drinks and snacks (while you wait) and a huge apartment rather than just a room. It's also the little details that make this hotel great..new towels every day, complimentary toilettries, great coffee-making facilities and a large fridge in the room, free beach towels, so many pools to choose from (5?) plus the beach. Endless choice of restaurants and superb food in each one, plus a gym, tennis courts and many boat trips/sealion show to watch, the list goes on. Plus ALL of the staff are lovely. They really seem to enjoy their jobs, smiling and very helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

Once again a brilliant stay with the barcelo royal level. All staff seem to go out of there way to help you. I cannot speak highly enough of them especially Louisa the lifeguard and Miguel the bar man.

Well positioned hotel for the beach and shops. Good food (buffet style). This hotel complex takes up the peninsular, so if you want entertainment, go next door to the family hotel. Cafes and bars along the path. Chalet style accommodation in this part (no kitchen). Staff are lovely.

We stayed 7 nights and loved every day. We were AI and enjoyed meals in the various hotels. The staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating they could not do enough for all the guests. Food was good with a variety of choices. We stayed in a deluxe suite which was very spacious, clean and tidy. The staff members that really stood out for me in more than one way were Evelyn, Camillo, Beksy, Louisa (lifeguard, she was more than a lifeguard helping/supporting all the guests with any thing and just an all round caring person) not forgetting Miguel who tended to the bar and restaraunt helping out with any service requests with a big smile. We will definitely be back. Thank You.

We have returned from our week's holiday on June 21st. and all we can say that it was the perfect holiday for us. The hotel is very clean and the stuff can't do enough for you. The room and bed were very comfortable and the terrace was a great thing to have. The food was of a good standard with great selection of fruits and sweets, as well as drinks which included good international brands. The only negative is that there aren't enough seats at the pool's bar during the evening entertainment. We will be back.

Amazing hotel with great perks for being Barcelo rewards program unique , hotel is so peaceful amazing views fabulous food and cocktails and use of the whole complex not just this hotel makes all the difference this was our 5th stay on the complex and can’t wait for the next always worth booking royal level imo totally different service and drinks fabulous!
