Stayed here for 5 nights, and travelled with another couple. Super close to the airport so short transfer. We used the main buffet and the a la carte restaurants and found them all to be very good. Service was also good and the rooms large and spacious. also a nice setting on a sandy bay.

I have never written a review prior to leaving a hotel but as this is my last day sadly I am heading home and felt these guys and girls need to know how amazing they are and their kind empathic willingness to make each guests stay a bespoke tailored experience hasn’t gone unnoticed. From the moment you check in the ethos is “nothing is too much trouble “ They put the H in hospitality with their happy attitude that is like a domino effect that runs through every member of the team . The bar staff work as such a close knit team each playing such an important role so that you don’t stand waiting like most hotels I am in total awe of how they can remember your drinks order and delivery with such speed and efficiency while maintaining such a high level of customer service . In ending i have stayed at a few Barcelo hotels within the last year and honestly believe this is the diamond in The Barceló groups crown - it should be a training centre for other hotels for cross exposure in leaving the level of customer service that is on offer here and delivered so naturally from the Hola to the de nada this really is on my list to return ….. thank you to everyone x

We really enjoyed the cocktail experience at the Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level. It was lots of fun and very interesting, and of course you get to drink your cocktail creations at the end.

Despite informing the hotel that my wire was vegetarian it’s seems this information wasn’t passed on, so she had no choice on the first two nights until we spoke to San Gonzalez Royal Concierge) after which it dramatically improved. We only tried the one restaurant as we presume it would be the same throughout the complex. The rooms were based on a bungalow basis with lounge and bedroom with on suite, we had the room cleaned every day all other areas were kept well. For us the site is too large as the hotel complexes take up about 2/3 of Callete de fuse. Tips, If you have a problem whilst your on holiday speak to the Concierge keep them informed as we did and our problem was resolved

Excellent all round holiday with the best staff. Rooms and restaurant are of a high standard. The location of the hotel is perfect for both beach and shops.

2nd stay and very disappointed, needs updating, food was average, sunbeds very close together and all taken by 8am, very noisy aircon, overall the cost was extremely high for the quality of the hotel, I sent an email but didn't get a reply from concierge, we won't be returning unfortunately 😢
