Apartamentos Villa Florida

Came as a couple meeting our good friends. First let me say that the room was comfortable and clean. We had no air conditioning. Only an old fashioned ceiling fan in the bedroom. We only ever put that on when we were out of the room because it shook so much we were terrified of getting beheaded by it. Otherwise the room was very dated but was suitable and comfortable for us. In the 6 days we spent there the bar never opened once. It was fine for us because we bought our own drinks and kept them in our room fridge. We were told that when the bar did open the odd time it was €4 a pint and it was a poor pint too. The man who independently owns the bar is grumpy and antisocial apparently... There was no atmosphere around the pool and it was a kin to a nursing home because the bar never opened and there was no music. The staff on reception and the cleaning staff were all lovely though. Couldn't do enough to help us as customers. Personally wouldn't recommend the place to others and would never stay there again. Just need to add that from 9am there is renovations going on. In our room it was either from above or next door but the noise of the drills and hammers physically hurt when you've just woken up. We wasn't warned of this when we booked. It can be heard all around the pool when sunbathing too. Do NOT book that hotel. We have been to Caleta lots of times in the last 5 years and I promise there are much better and cheaper hotels you can choose.

Stayed here for 7 nights Absolutely gorgeous apartment 190 next to the pool and poolside bar Amazing staff in reception so polite and helpful 👍 Poolside bar was lovely when it was open *this bar is nothing to do with the complex it's privately owned * Previous guests and guests who are there now were very negative about the bar owners attitude 🙄 However I found him sociable and a good sense of humour And prices were always the same to us And the music was great 👍 👌 I will definitely stay in this complex again

We have just returned. We were greeted by lovely Alamonda. Who was so helpful throughout our stay. We were booked into room 136 block B. Spacious and clean. Air conditioning to lounge but noisy fan on bedroom ceiling. Not much Sun until 3.30pm. Good fridge freezer, iron, microwave, bathroom with small hairdryer. We arrived 10.30 and were pleased to see bottles of water and tea coffee in room. Lovely gesture. Pool is clean, but doesn’t open until 10, but I think this is because that’s when lifeguard arrives and is there until6.30pm. Pool bar very expensive. Barman not the friendliest, however once stung by price we chose to eat out every day. Felt very safe with the locked doors to complex. Lovely and flat for elderly people there. Five mins from lots of shops, restaurants and beach. Beach is very clean. Lots of choice for food and entertainment. Don’t bother going to capital Puerto Rosaria, as there’s nothing there. Oasis Safari bus comes everyday and well worth a visit ask downstairs travel company to book it for you. Not the place if you’re looking for young nightlife, as most people staying there were 60 and over. Which suited us fine, as very relaxing. We definitely would go back. The reception staff make this place. Book early for courtesy room!

Excellent choice of accomadation for our holiday in Fuerteventura. We upgraded the apartment when we booked and were very impressed. Spacious, comfortable lounge area and well equipped kitchen.Nice touches such as proper wine glasses and full size mugs were appreciated. Very large fridge with large freezer compartment was very useful! Lovely modern bathroom with walk in shower. Exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The apartments are almost silent so we had some perfect nights sleep on our holiday. Serviced and given fresh towels every other day with bedding changed mid-way during our 11 night stay. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers. Nice clean pool and we always managed to find sunbeds round the pool whatever time of day we went for a swim. The reception staff cannot be praised highly enough! They were all very helpful and extremely friendly. We had emailed and requested a sunny balcony apartment and that is exactly what we were allocated. A very big thank you to all of you for making our holiday with you such an enjoyable experience. The complex is kept very clean and tidy and is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of all the action so is perfectly placed for a good holiday. Would highly recommend.

Apartment was extremely clean and was cleaned every other day. Towels were changed and bins emptied at same time. The staff were amazing; always friendly and very helpful. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of sun loungers and a good wee pool bar. I would definitely recommend for families or couples. There is a room you can book to have a shower or get changed if you have a late flight and lockers to store cases. There’s also a washing machine and drier in the room. The apartments are ideally situated for reaching shops, bars, restaurants, the beach and the marina. Absolutely fantastic!!!

One of the best apartments we have stayed at. We asked to move apartments when we arrived, this only took 10 minutes to arrange, we met 2 receptionists during our stay and both couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was cleaned every other day and fresh towels provided. We had issues with the Wifi and yet again the receptionist ( male ) was really helpful. We aren't pool people so we couldn't comment on the pool or pool bar. We would highly recommend these apartments, we stayed 1 week and would definitely go back.
