The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

It was a short but very pleasant stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the prices were very affordable and the pools were wonderful, with a very complete buffet.

I have just returned from my third visit and will be sure to go again. I find the hotel great value for money. I noticed a few improvements. Room - large room comfy bed, shower very good with hot water all day and clean. No complaints at all. Food - I'm a vegetarian and pretty fussy . A bit limited being a vegetarian but actually thought there were more vegetarian options than previous years. Pool area - could always get a sun lounger around the pool no matter what time. I found the pool area was kept cleaner than previous years. Entertainment - my husband and friend enjoyed the archery and shooting during the day. Have to say the night time entertainment wasn't always the best. Would like to see more professional acts but do understand its a 3 star hotel hence budget will come into it. Staff - found all of the staff friendly creating an overall lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. This year we had a late flight and could only keep the room on until 2pm which was a bit of a pain. Would have liked the option to keep the room on until 6pm. There is a shower room for guests to use with I think 3 shower cubicles in both the ladies and the gents. Would just have been less hassle to have been able to stay in room later. Weather- I see alot of questions about what the weather is like. This is my third time in a row coming in March. This year the first couple of days were very windy and cloudy so a hoodie/light jacket was required during the day and night. Thereafter and in previous visits it was very warm during the day and cooler at night. All in all another great stay and will be sure to return.

Food is absolutely amazing, a range of choice, including alcoholic drinks. We basically had a bottle of prosecco every nights ! Rooms are comfortable and very spacious, we upgraded for a sea view and it didn't disappoint. staff are friendly, from bar staff to cleaners and maintenance. We particularly enjoyed the entertainers, small group of staff that ensured there was something to do for both adults and kids. We got involved in target shooting, aqua gym and for kids there was a club everyday . Plenty of entertainment for both adults and children, especially on the evenings too. Martina was particularly friendly and stood out to us, she always has a great smile, talks to people and doesn't just speak English but also Spanish, Italian and picked up a few polish from our friends. The pools are pretty spacious, people do reserve them which they shouldn't but if you can't beat them , join them. We would wake up at 8 ISH to reserve our own places and no ones moves them. The location is fantastic, 10 minutes walk from the beach that has plenty of activities. Only downfall, there's no Aircon so I do recommend getting a fan or opening the windows and balcony at night.

Staff are amazing super friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Entertainment was brilliant specially for the kids. They loved the kids club and the staff really made them feel welcome.

The Elba Castillo San Jorge is absolutely beautiful. The architecture, the facilities, the location but most of all the staff!!! Everyone made us feel welcome, so friendly & always smiling despite the hours they work. Special thank you again to mention but a few, Emma, Patricia & Hassan always had a laugh with these guys, Patricia for her patience with our novice attempts at Spanish & ordering pequeño gins . The room we had was once again fabulous. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the beach. There are bars and shops of plenty & a lovely walk along the promenade to the harbour- feed the Chipmunks on the way. We will be returning again. We fell in love with this place & hotel in March this year & couldn't wait to return. Thank you to everyone at Elba Castillo San Jorge for another fabulous holiday!!
