The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

Hôtel confortable, nous ne passions qu’une nuit avant l’aéroport, 2 heures d’attente pour l’enregistrement à l’hôtel, les réceptionnistes n’étaient que 2! Elles étaient malgré tout aimables !

I went here with my mum for 4 nights expecting cheap and cheerful but it wasn’t that and we loved it. Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. You won’t go hungry! Snacks available when the restaurant is closed and drinks all day until late. This place is great for couples or families as the entertainment team have lots to keep everyone busy. Pepe the mascot was also a favourite. Location was brilliant right on the front. The rocks house lots of chipmunks and I actually sat and got them sitting on my lap. Hotel is also disabled friendly with ramps and lifts and you can hire mobility scooters. The only slight downside to the resort is no aircon in the rooms but you can hire a fan for a couple of euros per day which helps and it’s a windy island so nice breeze when windows open. It was particularly hot for the time of year we went as there was a heatwave and daytime reached around 34. The island is a lovely place to visit, nice beach and harbour about a 10-15 minute walk away. Nice little shops and bars. Plenty of places to eat if you prefer to eat out. We will certainly be going back!

Just returned from this hotel after a lovely week and fantastic weather,been many times now and always have a great experience,staff second to none,room clean and tidy,yes a bit dated nowadays but not a problem in my opinion,restaurant food is very good and much variety,salad bar is so good and freshly cooked meats and fish every evening,drinks are good quality although red wine a little vinegary but not too bad,cleaning seems to go on constantly throughout the day and pools in good condition and no problem getting sunbed but may differ when school holidays are on which I avoid.overall another great time spent here and hopefully returning next February.
