Excellent accommodation that was an easy walk to all areas of interest. 15 mins max from airport. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day but was every day after that. No milk in the room but not an issue as we went to the shop. Would definitely return.

OK here goes...4th time in the gotel ..hotel brilliant, clean various things to do, shop on site really cheap, staff couldn't do more for you....room cleaned every day....also as we went as a family the entertainment team could do more....various activities daily and of a night time...always going round getting everyone involved...and yes I get some people don't want to and just like to relax....and the entertainment team always polite and always smiling, full energy and there is a great mood round the hotel, music on, and always putting the customer first if you have a request they do there best to accommodate that....always full of energy and excellent with the kids.....big shout out to Luigi, Emma, Maria and all the bar staff....absolute legends....thanks for looking after us you were excellent as always .see you again soon.....OH and also if you haven't tries luigis sangria lesson which is an activity at the hotel....its the best sangria you will ever taste so Do It!!!!!!

We loved our stay at broncemar Beach and will definitely be back. The staff were all lovely with great service. We had a little ant problem which was taken care of straight away and a few cockroaches but it is the canaries so it's to be expected. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 to the Marina which we highly recommend as it was fantastic. Food was what you expect for all inclusive, although please add chicken nuggets to the kids dishes . The room was spacious and tidy, we had a ground floor apar**ent near the bigger pool and it was lovely. The entertainment staff were amazing, a massive shout out to Luigi, Maria and Emma for the fantastic work, constant smiles and making us all feel welcome. We loved all the poolside games and the entertainment at night. It was Emma's first week when we were there and she fit right in . They all have such enthusiasm and energy every day all day that they completely made our holiday. Thank you for giving us a wonderful memorable holiday from the the groovy movie stars!

Fantastic hotel. Staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool I'm already looking to book again in September. We did self-catering and didn't eat at the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around.

Just back from a lovely week away staying here and couldn't really fault it....always something to eat for me and my husband never went hungry.....drinks a plenty no complaints there and animation team really lovely.....talkative always smiling and trying to get you involved in their activities.....have to say a special mention to Emma who got me involved in playing darts with the other guests and I was terrible but Emma made it a laugh and that's what it's all about.... Rooms were spacious only fault no air con just a fan in the bedroom but we made do.... Would defo return here again!!

My 6th stay here basic cleaning isn’t done don’t empty bins don’t clean the floors very bad when staying with 2 toddlers have to constantly go to reception asking for towels and bins to be changed, ants in apar**ent because of lack of cleaning very disappointed will not be returning in future after staying twice this year in January and may both times we had same problem

Emma the entertainment was excellent with all aspects of our holiday. all-inclusive not so good as previous holidays..all round lovely weather. No bingo not happy with this as previous holidays bingo 3 to 4 times a week. Very happy with room happy with sunbathing area.

The hotel was nice, pretty busy but sunbeds available, all staff were great and helpful. room was nice and upgraded with a bath and shower, only point of this It was upstairs but manageable for us. Food was good, drinks good, cocktail's on All Inclusive were average but for 6 euro's Mojitos and others were really good. enjoyed the pool area's. Night entertainment was mainly for the kids but that was understandable. Downfall from our liking was the Room Cleaning. we have never experienced this from any holiday we have been on. Room Cleaning stated 5 days over the 7 days. We arrived on the Wednesday, room cleaner attended Friday then Sunday we noticed change of towels only on the Sunday, Floors were dirty, Balcony floors was not cleaned over the 7 days, I called reception to complain on the Monday 5pm, No clean towels and bed was as we left it, made up but not changed!! We complained that the room was still not attended too !! Reception apologised and sent two towels up 2 hours later but no effort to clean the room !! which was really disappointing. The brown sandpaper towels could do with an upgrade also.. We made the best of it , enjoyed what was on offer , spent time at the hotel and down town. We normally tip the room cleaners but unfortunately not this time. We move on.

The hotel was amazing, we had the best week ever!!! Special thanks and shoutout to Luigi for being incredible and so much fun. We enjoyed all the activities and entertainment everyday and night. Maria and Emma were very enthusiastic and amazing too! Would definitely recommend, it’s so fun. Our highlight was watching Luigi on the magic carpet lol We miss our daily wiki palms xx We will be back very soon to see the famous Luigi From Emily & Stella
