Hotel Oasis Park Splash

We booked one week at this hotel. Do not go all-inclusive!!! The food is so poor and badly undercooked, the cocktails are average, the snacks are basic and everyday is the same thing to eat. We had to eat out after day 3. Our room view was of the bins and car park, and because of the bins our room had the worst smell it made me physically urge when I first entered everyday, and rooms are so small for 4 ppl only one person at a time can manoeuvre around, the other 3 have to stay sat on the bed. The evening entertainment is so disappointing, the only thing that was good was the weather and the day trip we booked to Marineland water park. We were told we could do late checkout and could only do so on the morning of checking out, but when I tried I was told no and our flight home wasn’t until 22.45 PM, we had to be out of the room by 10.30 AM. I could cry as I spent a lot of money on this holiday. But we live and learn.

Restaurant far too small , had to queue for a table lots of pork dishes really disappointing. Pools small so maybe 3 but small. Some staff nice, one waitress in dining room really rude with a very bad attitude for no reason

All staff lovely. Definitely agree pools too small for capacity. Meal times too short and too late. Maid service my main complaint. Knocking on door to come in after I asked her to wait because she said she wanted to sweep so I said ok. She simply changed the towels and definitely did not sweep. One day I pulled the sheets off our bed and asked her to change them. She simply remade the beds with the same sheets. This was evident as the sheet had the same mark as before. Would not take a lot to improve the hotel. Overall nice but wouldn’t go again.

Me my husband and 2 sons age 14 and 17 have just got back from a 2 weeks stay. I would not recommend this hotel the pools are very small for the capacity of people the kids couldn’t jump in the pool as the life guard would tell you off, pool not big enough to swim as there was so many in the pool. The pool area was very slippy, the steps that lead up to where the smaller pool was were very slippy and a couple of people slipped down them. The food was the same every day with one or two different options. The bar room capacity was 132 when the hotel has over 700 rooms the hotel is way to small for the amount of people there. The restaurant capacity was for just over 200 the plates were dirty the floors were sticky where your shoes would stick. The bedrooms wasn’t cleaned only beds made in the 2 weeks we was there.

We've just come back here after a weeks stay ,and honestly we enjoyed it .This hotel has had so many unfair reviews it's a shame .All the staff were friendly and very helpful ,the lady from reception came looking for us to tell us the room was ready that's a first for me . Our room was modern and very clean lovely walk in shower ,cleaners came in every day . Food was really good there was only one night out of the seven that I didn't really fancy anything . This hotel is great for little kids but has slides for older kids and adults to . Honestly dont book a budget hotel and moan because it's not as good as the dearer ones you scrolled past and you'll be fine . Great hotel good food friendly staff nice room .

We have just returned from our stay at this hotel, and I have to say — all the bad reviews I read beforehand simply cannot be from people who actually stayed here. It’s absolutely impossible. First of all, the hotel is extremely clean. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh bed linen and fresh towels every day. The corridors were spotless. If there was ever any mess anywhere, it was only because some guests don’t bother to clean up after themselves, leaving cups on the tables where they sit — even though there are plenty of bins all around the hotel. The water in the pools was clean and warm. There are three pools, perfect both for families with children and for adults without kids. I especially loved the lower pool with the water slides — such fun entertainment! Even though the hotel is quite big and the pools are not huge, there was always enough space for everyone. The food — wow! A huge variety, always delicious and hot. I loved the fresh orange juice station, and the pancakes served every morning for breakfast. The seafood was amazing. Honestly, even the fussiest eater could find something to enjoy here. In one word: outstanding! The staff were fantastic — friendly, smiling, and always helpful. Please don’t believe the silly negative reviews. Someone is clearly trying to damage the hotel’s reputation, because those bad reviews sound like they’re written by bots. Our experience was simply fantastic, and I can’t recommend this place enough.
