Hotel Oasis Park Splash

Really would not waste your time. This is a long read but covered everything. We are 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 3) • The room we have been given is so small! 2 double beds crammed into one studio space. One wardrobe with 5 hangers and 4 cubes to put your clothes. 4 people with clothes for 10days CANNOT manage with such space. We have been to a 3 star hotel in Turkey with more room. The shower is a waterfall one and is amazing though. The view is good as we were on the 4th floor. • sunbeds: you are not allowed around the pool until 9am and people start queuing ay the door to the pool at 8:30 to rush and reserve sunbeds even though there are signs not to. The hotel is 7floors with hundreds of rooms but by the main pool, there is only room for around 40 sunbeds. The kids splash pool can only fit around 25 sunbeds. As soon as the door opens people literally run and push to get to their spot. The hotel is so so busy you can not swing a cat. The people who sit next to you are practically sat on the same lounger. • Food: the food is just pathetic and do not cater for the English what so ever. Breakfast is meat, cheese, eggs, hot dogs and old fruit. You are not allowed fizzy drinks at breakfast time just warm juice and coffee. There are two machines that you que 20 minutes for Lunch is pizza, pasta, pork chops and fish. Lots and lots of fish. Dinner is the exact same as above except a lot more fish again! They do not really do pudding. They do warm yoghurt, old fruit and some sort of fruit cake. Again nothing 4star about it. • Kids entertainment: the hotel does not have any kids entertainment what so ever. Like NONE. We spent days round the pool and waited but for nothing. We also wanted to go to the indoor pool, again not open or accessible. The life guides do not speak a work of English, the bar staff do not speak English other than to take a drinks order. •Times- breakfast is 8-10 Lunchtime is 13.00-15.00 and dinner is after 19.00. What a joke especially with young children who are in a routine. They say they have pool food but this is burger and hot dogs. There are only so many you can eat in a day. No variety at all. The night time entertainment does not start till 9:30pm!! Again so so late when you have children who are used to being in bed for 8pm. • they operate a 2 drink rule which I can understand based on controlling alcohol, but when they see a dad getting drinks for the family which would be 2 cocktails and 2 juices, they refuse and make you take the 2 drinks back and come and que again. This is barbaric and the reason I say this is there is only 2 people serving at once, one at the window and one inside and there are always over 15 people queuing at one time so you are there for 20 minutes at a time. If you get a transfer from Barcelona airport, the coach can not take you to the hotel due to the narrow roads so they drop you off around 5min walk, uphill away. This is a killer with how hot it is and having 4 cases a

Great budget hol.. Nice clean room. Food okay. Just heat up in microwave. Lots to do. Good mix of night life and local culture. Would very much visit again.. Beach was lovely and clean. No litter any where and people very helpful. Staff help full and great with advice

You get what you pay for in life! Booked a real cheap 4 night break & cannot complain! OK, I can, but honestly, for the price... Was pleasantly surprised! The room was modern & cleaned daily. Drinks & bar were great. The only downside was the food but discovered the microwave on the last day... Just stick your brekkie in there & tbf only had 2 evening meals in there. The people we met made it. Sure, if you're looking for 5 star, then pay for it! Loved my holiday in this hotel!

Stayed for 3 nights Arrived at around 22h due to flight delay etc so we missed evening meal Room/bathroom was clean but there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom oh my goodness… i think it was the drain 🤷‍♀️ It’s a good hotel especially if you have kids my 15 year old son had fun the slides round the back Food could be better, scrambled eggs had no taste, bake beans very watery I wouldn’t visit again Beach is near by which was a plus

Lovely hotel, all staff friendly and polite, food good + plenty to eat, lots of lovely alcohol of different varieties and all good quality, hotel loan out sun umbrellas for the beach as well as disability scooters if needed, not far to beach, cheap on buses (went to Blaine for the day, very good indeed) to other towns, same with trains, kids go free, we went to Barcelona for the day, also a boat trip out, both good, cheap to eat & drink out too! Lovely spa at hotel with champagne €13 was great! Anyone who complains about the hotel, has seriously got to a sad person, I came with my daughter, partner 2 young kids, it was perfect, especially fitted into there budget, first time in Calella, Costa Brava & will be coming back in the future

I went here with 4 other people just over a week ago for 5 days. The place overall was clean with very sanitary rooms with an amazing shower however the shower head was high pressure so it wasn’t easy to use at first but once you got the hang of it it was alright. The key cards aswell were a minor inconvenience as they did disconnect if you put them near a phone. The staff for the most part were amazing but there was this old geeza that always was arrogant and quite rude but the rest of the staff was amazing as they always cleaned up the mess and they always served me and my family with a smile. The food was decent but it is an all inclusive hotel so you can’t really complain much. The bar had cheap alcohol (as expected to be fair it isn’t a proper bar) and the pools were very nice with some amazing slides. If you were by the slides on Wednesday 22 may at around 11ish in the morning and saw a kid with his bum out I am sincerely sorry he wanted to go faster on the slide. There were a few fun arcade games such as air hockey and 2 pool tables that were in decent condition. The lifts were an issue as there were only 3 and were a little bit slow.Throughout this holiday despite the resort itself having its ups and downs my family and I have had an amazing time with the friends I made on this holiday. I do recommend.
