Quick check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved having a recliner in the room. I did not utilize the kitchenette, but would appreciate it for a longer stay. I wish they offered breakfast.

My stay was very quiet and restful. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially when I needed something, like more coffee for my room, toilet paper, etc. However the refrigerator when the motor kicked on, it was a little loud and would wake me up in the middle of the night. The other thing is that having a little kitchenette with a 2 burner stove top, it only comes with a 10 cup coffee maker and small toaster. You would think that being called My Place that it would come with pots and pans. As well as dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, flatware and glasses that would make your stay more rewarding. All these you have to supply yourself! I did notice that they had available for purchase in there little store some utensils and few other things. And there is a Walmart in the vicinity that you can purchases these items if you want to.

This was my second stay in one of your properties. Your staff at both locations have been superior. Properties have been excellent. The fact that you allow dogs and cats is a real selling point. It is exceptional especially in this day and age that a company takes such good care of their property.

Our bathroom was not clean at all when we checked in. There was black hair all over our floor. It hadn’t been mopped or cleaned or swept. Had to take a towel and clean it ourselves. Gross!

We stayed here for a family wedding. The property is basic but very clean. The hotel has easy highway access. The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. We were traveling with my elderly mother and a sister with disabilities. They sent pictures of the rooms in advance. They stored oxygen and wheelchairs for us. They allowed us to have an early check in. Multiple staff members went out of their way to help our stay be pleasant. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you so much.

This is a very nice place to stay if you are attending an event at the Ford Ceter. Easy walking distance. Nice and.clean rooms friendly staff.

For this being a place called My Place, I was highly disappointed that there weren’t dishes and cutlery stocked in the kitchen. The front desk person was not welcoming or friendly. The hotel was clean and the stay was fine just not what I expected
