Very nice hotel that offers a fairly varied meal for buffet and also for breakfast. The room is spacious and well soundproofed, the cleaning was not impeccable (a few hairs here and there). Overall we had a good stay, we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace because some blinds were no longer in place which left a lot of vis-à-vis.

Had a present for 50 mins of spa and lunch. Spa was very small in comparison to the huge building of Vichy Catalan which was so impressive from the outside. Obviously an impressive centre years ago, but I felt a bit outdated. The changing room was extremely small with 3 people it’s full. The rest of the Spa area was a bit limited. Lunch was a three course affair, it was a reasonable menu.

Great environment for relax. We had planned only a basic Spa treatment. However, we decided to try new experiences from the wide offer of treatments since we were really satisfied. The hotel staff are caring professionals. What to say about food? We have always enjoyed the gastronomy offered at the Vichy's Restaurant. Just go and check it out for yourself.

It is far from being a spa, I would classify it more as a 2 star hotel with a small spa. We took the gastronomic offer and honestly the price was amazing for what they gave you. In fact, the price is outrageous in every way. Summary there are spas with less name, much better and at half the price, for Vichy you only pay for the name.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! My partner prepared a surprise to rest for the weekend and left tremendously disappointed. It's a shame such an emblematic place is run with so little professionalism and terrible management. Service of a very low professional level, ridiculous facilities (in the rooms you can even hear each other's breathing, the water area is like a neighborhood sports center), the gastronomy is absolutely outrageous.
