The quality of the lousy food was burned or too raw it is clear that the cook is not good. The room shows the lack of arrangement. Room without air conditioning, they had the regulator but not the air conditioner. Although they offered wifi they did not have it did not work and with multiple excuses that are not valid and less at this time. The swimming pools closed and without hammocks to rest, We went to rest and we had to leave because we couldn't even sit down to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere that turned out to be the only decent thing. I do not recommend it to anyone unless they do a major remodel and it should be checked.

Very poor quality / price ratio. We will not return nor recommend it to anyone. A VERY old-fashioned hotel that, despite its prices, shows that it has invested little or nothing in renovating the facilities and rooms in recent years. There is only one wing with a simple renovation (the wall dryers are the same as those of the unrenovated wings for example, they are useless, you have to ask for separate dryers at reception and they have very few). I went with my family and we stayed 5 nights in two rooms. Terrible treatment despite making a long stay. La zona piscina es bonita pero es más fácil pagar 10€ el día que se utiliza. Hotel clasico,en un entorno precioso.Es la tercera vez que vamos,ya iban mis padres y me sigue gustando.Es yn hotel de los de toda la vida,sin minimalismos modernos que hacen todos los hoteles iguales.Salon muy agradable,con vista espectacular.Parecido a los balnearios europeos de verdad,sin chorradas welness.Bonitas piscinas,cuidadas.La comida regular y el personal muy antipatico.

Pasamos unos dias en el balneario pero los precios son muy caros para la oferta. Restaurante muy caro (28 Euros por menu) con poca cantidad. Ademas sin menú infantil. Las piscinas bonitas pero con mal servicio de bar (sin posibilidad de comer). Ninguna actividad extra ni tampoco para niños. Una pena para un entorno tan bonito. Los baños deberian reformarse puesto quw son muy antiguos. El entorno muy cuidado y bonito este año.

La estancia en el Hotel Manantial fue un regalo sorpresa de nuestras hijas. Cómo es normal, en la preparación de la salida consultamos las críticas en las redes, y la verdad és que nos asustamos, tanto, que incluso nos planteamos pedir a la agencia un cambio de alojamiento. Por suerte finalmente no hicimos caso de las críticas. El lugar es de ensueño, el hotel es una joya del siglo pasado con todas las comodidades, con un encanto que no todo el mundo sabe apreciar. Todo su conjunto tiene alma, deseos que por muchos años siga siendo cómo es y que no se convierta en un resort de “todo incluido” impersonal y sin ninguna autenticidad. Acabamos la estancia con muchas ganas de volver el próximo año, sabemos que estaremos en un hotel que tiene las cuatro estrellas más que merecidas.

Le salva el entorno que es una maravilla, y el personal q hace lo que puede. Trato a clientes Imserso cuartelario. Horarios inflexibles, desayunos espartanos, comidas baja calidad, frías, cocinadas sin ningún esmero. Fruta sin madurar. Te eternizas de un plato a otro. Y todo ello viendo como sirven "otro tipo de comida", más apetecible, al comedor del resto de clientes (no Imserso).

Servicio por los dos camareros del bar del hotel del turno tarde noche muy buena!!!! Comida en general del lugar calidad precio es muy cara. Bufet libre con muy pocas cosas para elegir para el precio. En el baño falta escobilla y no hay detalles de jabones , crema individuales. Lugar es muy bonito.
