We stayed for a weekend in an apartment. From the first moment we looked each other in the face and we knew we had made the right choice. As soon as you enter the premises and once you open the door of the apartment and see the sea among the trees… that is already a success. Bright, modern, clean, perfect air conditioning... the pool, the garden, the tranquility... the apartment lacks nothing... maybe a dishwasher if I stayed longer... We slept wonderfully and the terrace at night was a luxury to have dinner there. Respectful neighbors…special mention to the staff…super attentive and kind. If we can we will return for another disconnection stay.

The owners of the Santa Romana Urbanization, at Carrer/ Pont del Sergent, number 26, 08393 in Caldes D'Estrac, Barcelona, are crooks, liars and without any ethics or morals, the walls of the apartments are made of plasterboard or plastic , you can hear the neighbor when he urinates, relieves himself and showers..., they have rules as if it were a correctional facility or temple, that at 9:00 p.m. you cannot even speak, or turn on the television, much less music . I have lived there almost 3 years..., and the owners, Mr. Rocafort, his daughter Berta and the brothers are real riffraff. Do not go on vacation to this unpresentable place.
