Não espere qualidade.
A pousada é grande, o quarto que eu fiquei 206 estava com a porta avariada. Na parede do quarto uma enorme mancha de mofo. No banheiro havia uma sujeira que parecia metralha. O quarto só tinha a cama, uma cadeira e um frigobar. Outro ponto ruim é que alguns quartos ficam voltados para a rua, muito barulho de carros, ônibus, moto etc (é uma ladeira, muitos caminhões e ônibus fazem muito barulho pra subir)

Acredito que quem frequenta esse hotel, já sabe das condições que irá encontrar, o que não foi nosso caso rs. Quartos com cheiro de mofo e tinta, cortinas caindo (o que faz você acordar mega cedo com a claridade no rosto), banheiro fedido e nada higiênico, camas sem fronha, colchão super duro e sujo (saímos com dores na coluna). Não disponibilizaram cobertas de antemão, tivemos que ir na recepção pedir, e só nos ofereceram uma de solteiro (para um casal), ou seja, um de nós passava frio se ligasse o ar. Ar condicionado daqueles bem antigo, que faz um barulho horrendo. Café da manhã sem vistoria, todas as comidas frias, cheias de mosquito. Comidas do bar, bebidas e picolés com preços exorbitantes comparado a qualidade do local. Piscinas sem acessibilidade alguma. Único ponto positivo que vimos: piscinas limpas dependendo da hora, e local quase privativo, visto que ninguém aceita tais condições.

Simples que funciona. Hotel não e de luxo mas tem toda uma estrutura boa, piscinas quente,morna e fria, poderiam limpar um pouco melhor pois estavam cheias de terra e folhas mas ok. Quarto e banheiro limpinho, camas confortáveis. WiFi funciona bem. Concerteza se voltar a caldas novas ficaria aqui de novo. Meus parabéns a recepção que sempre que solicitada foram muito cordiais. Ha e o café da manhã e bom.

As instalações do hotel são bem velhas e mal conservadas. A luz do banheiro e a televisão do quarto em que ficamos não funcionava! Tudo muito velho e sujo. Ambiente tranquilo e familiar, café da manhã simples e bom, mas meio "largado" pelos donos. Não sei se os outros quartos seguem o mesmo padrão, mas o que ficamos parecia um calabouço. A localização é o que salva, porque é logo na entrada principal da cidade. Pelas fotos, avaliações e preço, acreditei que o hotel fosse simples, mas confortável, porém, me enganei! Pelo valor pago na diária, poderíamos ter tido uma estadia muito mais confortável e agradável.

Estadia tranquila, ambiente aconchegante. Boas piscinas, bem diversificada. Senti falta apenas de um som nas últimas piscinas, poderiam deixar utilizar uma caixinha de som nas últimas piscinas que ficam atrás. No mais tudo inclusive atendimento muito bom..
