Achei funcionários perdidos, faltou mais comunicação, parece inexperientes, último dia no hotel não tinha adoçante isso é inadmissível, poderia ter um cafezinho no caixa após almoço, jantar , mais atração no hotel , mais cortesia, o ônibus do hotel que leva e traz para o Parque foi e retornou com muitas pessoas em pé isso é inadmissível.

Estrutura boa, atendimento bom. Localização mediana, não é perto do centro, não tem mercados e nem farmácias tão perto. Café da manhã ruim, serviram pão velho sexta, sábado, domingo e segunda. Na terça-feira quando estávamos indo embora colocaram pão novo. O café da manhã era bolo, ovo cozido, iogurte, e biscoitos. Nada a mais. Chegamos na sexta-feira e só arrumaram nosso quarto e trocaram as toalhas na segunda-feira depois que reclamamos na portaria. O chão do refeitório é tão sujo que chega a dar nojo. As piscinas são boas, o atendimento no bar é bom. O estacionamento é bem estreito mas se tiver cheio vai ser complicado estacionar ou achar uma vaga onde você consiga colocar o seu carro de forma fácil. Recreação para as crianças no sábado bem.animada, sauna muito boa. Ingresso para o parque das águas grátis.

Queremos ressaltar a qualidade do cardápio oferecido, com muito amor envolvido. A comida é de ótima qualidade, poderia ter mais opções no almoço porém realmente bem saborosa, a limpeza também é excelente, o salão de jogos é bom, e as piscinas são bem aquecidas isso é muito bom, a recreação da tia Vivi é muito boa, ela é bem legal e oferece propostas diversas e educativas envolvendo todas as crianças e adultos que querem participar realmente incrível.
