Hotel is very outdated with broken/damaged Things in rooms and averall. Looks too old and needs to be repainted and repaired. I expected better amenities but they seemed like need repair. Will not recommend or stay again.

Encantada com o atendimento que as crianças teve, a tia Moranguinho e a tia Jujuba sao as melhores, as crianças ficaram encatadas com elas, teve peças no teatro, terere no cabelo, dança e gincanas, para quem procura um lugar para as crianças se divertirem é à melhor opção

Sempre fico hospedada no Riviera e acho muito agradável ótimo custo benefício,a facilidade de poder frequentar os parques da rede ajuda muito. Local familiar,café da manhã gostoso. Só acho ruim os elevadores que não dão conta da quantidade de hóspedes.

Animador Pipoca é o diferencial no hotel, simpático, interativo e ótimas propostas de atividades entre os hóspedes. Irei volta mais vezes aqui para ver o pipoca muito carismático e animado sabe leva todos a loucura com sua animação ,mais gente como ele no mundo🙏🏻😚

A recreação do hotel foi maravilhosa os recreadores estão de parabéns amei tudo sempre animados as atividades pela manhã adulta e infantil,minhas crianças amaram tudo mais o tio pipoca foi oq ficou na memória deles kkkk não podia ver ele que falava olha mãe o tio pipoca lá kkkkk ele e simpático demais e legal,enfim adorei todos ❤️😍😍😍😍

Gostei bastante do hotel, em baixa temporada é bem tranquila mas gostaria de deixar minha profunda gratidão a Tia Jujuba… meus filhos Miguel e Bárbara ficaram loucos por ela, passamos uma semana e eles continuam falando dela e das atividades, maravilhosa atenciosa eles se divertiram demais e com certeza voltaremos

Muito bom atendimento, alimentação ótima, boa resposta da equipe, piscinas em excelente estado de cuidados. Único ponto negativo é que poderia ter ar fora do quarto pois na localização dos sofás cama é muito quente fora isso tudo perfeitamente bom

Gosto muito do Riviera pois o acesso as piscinas são todas no mesmo nível - plano, o que facilita muito para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção. Atendimento muito bom. Uma pena que alguns preços são muito elevados, exemplo da cerveja, mas pode comprar fora e levar para o quarto, mas não na piscina.
