West Prime is one the the newest hotels in Calbayog. Minutes from downtown shopping as well as the airport and the bus terminal. (You really should avoid driving in Calbayog it's chaos) Five stars all around and the Salt & Pepper restaurant is no doubt the finest in the city. A very diverse menu and prepared with perfection and I am a chef so you can trust my experience rather than personal tastes. I liked the location close to the airport. Their pay (350P) airport shuttle was a no wait affair. Room was good though the AC unit was out. There are plenty of places to eat, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is slightly off the main street ascare several others but the drivers know how to get there. About 10 minutes from Calbayog airport. It's very close to the fowntown shopping area. There is room service but I did not use it or eat there, but the menu looked good. It's quiet and the room was adequate, clean, and there is WiFi in the room. I would definitely consider staying again, and there are others nearby that I also like. Calbayog is an interesting city, kind of a smaller version of Manila without the skyscrapers.

The shower was warm en the room fairly clean. No glass or anything provided for drinking. TV only network errors. So completely unuseful. Wifi codes apparently expire at midnight. You should not bother guests with things like that
