We arrived at the hotel at 3am after a problematic start to the holiday (Taxi to Airport!) and were quickly checked in and advised a cold buffet was available to us in the dining room. The room was on the 5th floor and was very clean and spacious and whilst we didn't realise it at the time had the most stunning view overlooking the pool, sea and outdoor entertainment area. The hotel is very orientated towards the French and Polish as they make up at least 80% of guests and we struggled to hear many English voices in the hotel, having said that the entertainment team work so hard (Benjamin is an absolute star!) that even though you don't understand a lot of what is being said you can't help but be swept along by the atmosphere. The breakfast is great and we found something to eat for everyone (group of 6 adults) but the selection again is geared towards other nationalities so you have to be a little adventurous and we didn't go hungry, if you have children I would imagine you wouldn't be so lucky. This is a beautiful location, not crowded, and the most relaxing resort I have stayed in, in Mallorca, if you are wanting hustle and bustle this is t the place for you as whilst there are bars and restaurants it definitely isn't Blackpool abroad, it's such a peaceful and chilled location. No issues getting sunbeds, somedays there was availability even mid day which I haven't had before. Overall cannot fault the hotel, location and certainly not the staff, if you are prepared for the lack of English, being a less busy resort and want to have a relaxing holiday then I would recommend without hesitation. This is the perfect place to recharge and relax and I enjoyed it a lot and would say keep an open mind and make the most of it.

Yes it is mainly French people there but we managed to find 2 English families. This was my first holiday alone with my 8yr old and I was nervous but it was possibly one of the best holidays I've had. We had no issues with food, even my fussy child found something and was willing to try new things. I felt comfortable walking around the shopping area, staff were all friendly and welcoming, rooms were lovely, think we were in 301. Beach was 5 mins out of the back of the hotel and was gorgeous if a little crowded, my daughter doesn't like the beach but by the end of our holiday was asking to go so she could watch the fish with her new snorkel. Could always find a sunbed no matter the time. I'd take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt, if you can make your own entertainment or just join in no matter the language you will a great time. I'd be happy to return but are unfortunately fully booked when I've looked.

Me and my friend had a good stay at Globales Samoa. ✔️Clean room, did find a cockroach but called reception and it was sorted within minutes! ✔️Very engaging animation team, all very friendly and great with the kids. They spoke 3-4 different languages so all could understand and be involved. Other hotel staff were friendly too, receptionists/lifeguards all nice. Shows in English and other languages. ✔️Nice location, a few food bars and shops in a square opposite hotel and beach only a short 5 min walk down the road! Beautiful beach too. ✔️I liked the food buffet, big assortment of choice and most of it was tasty. Not the same every night, varied. Snack bar good option when the buffet isn’t open. Standard options. ✔️We didn’t have any issues getting a sunbed and although the pool isn’t massive, it wasn’t crowded like I thought it may be ✔️Overall I would recommend this hotel

The staff are amazing. We had a good holiday. We needed to keep the plug in the bath though so we could not smell the drains. 3 out of 10 of our family group caught a bad stomach virus and had severe gastrointestinal issues. Which I'm still recovering from.

DO NOT STAY OR BOOK!! This hotel is absolutely awful, rooms were dirty, balcony falling apart, towels all ripped, hair in the bed and the food was the worst of all. Asked for the beds to be cleaned and changed due to the hair, the hair was rubbed off, no Change made, the spray extra air freshener to act like they done something. The snack bar food looked like it had been left out all day, hot food being put on top of old cold food in the restaurant, be very careful of the fact the food as a lot of the food has bones in, even tho not one single sign stating this could be the case, no allergy signs, also watch out for plastic in your food as you will get no apology what’s so ever!, lucky it wasn’t my son eating it or it could have been a lot worse. The staff in the restaurant are the most arrogantly rude people I’ve met, especially against British, two in particular that were the worse, dirty looks, talking about us in Spanish, coming over to speak to us in Spanish knowing we don’t understand, don’t bother coming to clear your table and if they do it’s done with attitude. The entertainment is all done in Spanish, even though it’s knowing there are British people in the crowd, including when there are British children and they have no clue what to do cause no one bothers to include them in English which results in them walking off stage as they don’t understand, it’s heartbreaking to see. Wouldn’t bother with the entertainment unless you can speak Spanish, the live music night was the only decent one as the singers actually sung the songs in English. Chio and Luca were the only ones to make an effort to interact with us and in particular my son by speaking English. The beds were rock hard, maybe want to give your guests a heads up that there is a nightclub over the road and that it will be blasting very loud music till early morning, keeping you awake. Need some good sound proof windows. The pool area is extremely slippery so need to be very careful, no signs warning that either. No buggy or wheelchair access to the bar unless you go all the way outside and back in, even then the hill is extremely steep coming down you need to be holding on tight or you could end up right in the pool. The changing unit for baby’s in the outdoor toilets was covered in Ants, as well as them being all over the trees inside that was right out side the restaurant, cockroaches crawling all about the place, absolutely disgusting. The lifts are absolutely ridiculous, they are tiny, lucky to fit 4 people in if you have a buggy, having luggage and a buggy is even worse, no air-con in the lifts, and they take forever!!, you will spend a lot of time waiting on them. The air conditioning through out the whole hotel was no existent, except in the rooms which was actually pretty decent. Wouldn’t waste money doing all inclusive, as you are told you can’t have a straw with your drink unless you spend more money buying a cocktail from them.

If your an English family I would not bother. Absolutely nothing on for English people and we are the minority in the guests at this hotel. Staff are unpleasant. The other foreign guests are so rude and dont like the English. Only English style food full English in mornings. All entertainment is in foreign languages. They just dont cater to English people. One other family from uk we met here said they experienced the same hostility from staff and guests. Dont bother
