The room was nice, clean and spacious, but there was lots of steps & no lift, the lights didn't work where our room was situated & the bannister going up to the room was broke and wobbled everytime you used it. You got a token for a cup that you kept all week, I didn't like this idea because you had to try and fit it in your bag and this is not very hygenic. The entertainment staff & bar staff were brilliant and very welcoming & made you feel comfortable. The food was poor and I had a bad stomach for 3 days, I had to go to the chemist to buy some medication as the tablets I had were not working. There was alot of other people poorly while I was there. Its ashame because the location of the hotel was good, there were plenty of bars, restaurants and shops just across from the hotel. The pool area was always kept clean and tidy.

This was a surprise holiday arranged by myself & my daughter for my wife becoming a senior citizen. We chose this hotel as the photos looked really good & the reviews from 2024 were also good. I had previously phoned a request for rooms 112 & 114, after reading room tips, which were located on the ground floor, adjacent to the pools, which had great sea views. Really convenient for my granddaughters who loved the pools. Rooms are very clean, spacious & in good condition. Beds & pillows were really comfortable. The only gripe that I had was that the electrical shaver point in the bathroom was a good 6 foot away from the mirror which made it quite difficult with stretching the cable. The plastic cup arrangement wasn't an issue as we had come across that at other hotels in the past 2 or 3 years. Food was quite varied & plentiful, as the hotel was fairly quiet. Staff were always friendly. Evening entertainment was good, with live acts coming to the hotel & also the entertainment team doing their bit. Lots of daytime activities for the adults & very well run children's club, which my eldest granddaughter had a great time there & also at the mini disco. We all really enjoyed our stay here, but would probably not return again. This is due to the 70 odd steps that need to be negotiated to reach the restaurant & also to go out of the hotel complex. Bit of a struggle for my wife & I, but for younger families would not be a problem.

I was worried about coming here after reading the most recent reviews. However the hotel is a good standard 3 star. The rooms are clean and fresh, the beds and pillows are really comfy. The pool area is clean with fantastic sea views. The food is what you would expect in a 3 star. Hot Breakfast is served til 12 - we’ve never had this before - even in 4 star hotels. The restaurant is open almost all day. We have always found something tasty to eat. The restaurant is never too busy. The drinks are good. The staff work exceptionally hard and are friendly and kind. The safe in the room was free - again we have always been charged in other hotels. This is a good hotel and we would recommend!

Visited end of April, the cons are, absolutely steps everywhere...no lifts and you do have to maul your suitcase to and from your room,,there are 74 steps out of the hotel or to the restaurant..there is however slopes at each side of the hotel, quite steep in places....steps to the beach.... The food was below average and cold...not much variety at all even on the breakfast, this was a disappointment, there is only one bar,by the pool, cocktails are from a machine,as are milkshakes, slush, coffee, tea and water and juice all self service...cardboard and plastic cups...all staff are great, very clean, lovely quiet hotel...beach is beautiful no pebbles,it is €7-50 for x2 beds and parasol per day, there is a bar on the beach, and martinellis beach bar overlooking the beach...lots of shops, mini shopping centre, bars, mini golf area behind the hotel... When we visited it was quite windy and very cold at night, which was expected...pool was too cold to swim, again expected in april.... Probably will not visit again, which is a shame,I'd recommend self catering definitely not worth all inc.

we were the first guests of the season 25 and were given a very warm welcome. all staff are very friendly and helpful. hotel is on the cliff edge with stunning views. 5 minute walk along an easy path to fabulous calas domingo beach, turquoise water and soft sand. Calas de mallorca is quite a small resort. Nice clifftop walk (safe path) if you turn left when you go down the steps from the pool and right to the beautiful beach. our room was spacious, clean, modern and had a good sized balcony. plenty of hanging space. good shower. beds were comfy, sofa bed not as much of course. Pool area was fantastic, the pool was VERY clean which is great to see. loads of sunbeds, all clean. lifeguard on duty. bar had some great drinks, really good pina colada's (out of a machine but try them, they're great) and aperol spritz. Beer was estrella and very nice. Coffee lovely in this hotel.(cafe con leche our favourite) Very helpful and friendly bar staff. Ok, now a bit about the food. when we arrived there wasn't very much choice, no doubt because it was so early in the season. It did improve slightly choice wise as we were leaving and the hotel had more guests. We did find things to eat, you're definitely not going to be hungry but it's a 3 star hotel and you must remember that. There were some highlights, tuna pizza was good, really fresh croissants in the morning and always lovely melon. As I said, we didn't starve, ha ha. Now the worst part of the hotel for me, and I can't understand why there has been no decor change, is the dining room. Lots of other aspects of the hotel have been upgraded and modernised but the dining room (the only one and no outside dining option) really let the hotel down. It was like stepping back 40 years and quite depressing with bright fluorescent lighting, awful orange/yellow striped curtains and green chairs that just clashed. It felt quite depressing in there. Please give it a revamp or at least change the curtains ! So to summarise, lots of positives and if it was cheap enough we may return. lovely staff , thankyou for looking after us especially nathalie xx P.S Emma S. who reviewed on the 2nd May has got the wrong hotel, this is not calas park so ignore her review

Myself and my partner booked a last minute get away at the start of September, after going through the travel agents we decided on HSM Calas park. Thankfully due to it being quite last minute we paid below average price for our all inclusive holiday! upon arrival we were greeted with Natalie who was lovely checking us in but our room wasn’t ready therefore they let us store our cases and let us in for lunch. Once finished lunch we went back to reception where David was quite abrupt in asking what we wanted, we explained we were wondering if our room 602 was ready. After a confusing 5 minutes of him finding out if our room was ready he handed us the room key and pointed to the direction of our room. No instructions on how to get there, no information about hotel like breakfast lunch dinner times or any rules or regulations etc. this is when we discovered there was no lifts in this hotel… which we found odd! luckily we were only 1 flight of stairs down from reception. When we got to our room, upon first glance it was beautiful and we were over the moon with the size of it - we chucked on our swimming gear and headed down to pool. Once we got back in the room on the evening is when we discovered a few issues with our room. I will attach photos however these issues where leaks that hadn’t been painted, mould in both bathrooms, a light hanging out of the ceiling in 1 bathroom, and cigarette burns in the curtains… at this point it was 7:30 pm at night plus we where worried that if we complained we would get put in a room that was 3 flights up where we could barley carry our suitcases up or down. Its frustrating because these issues are simple fixes which if they got a joiner in it would take an hour to fix. I work in property myself and would be sacked if I let one of my flats be rented with mould in.We ended up just using the bathroom that had the least amount of mould in for our own safety. Another thing that annoyed us was we where given towels with holes in nearly every day upon towel changes which just confused us as to why they wouldn’t just bin these! When we went to get our first round of all inclusive drinks we where asked ‘where are your cups?’ To our confusion we said what cups do you mean? Apparently when checking in we should of received 2 cups or even a slip to get 2 cups which you reuse for all your inclusive drinks which David or Natalie also did not give us upon arrival. Overall we did have a lovely holiday and especially loved the 2 turtles in the centre of the hotel however just such a shame the little things let it down. We both agreed we wouldn’t come back.
