Hotel okay. Clean and tidy. Pool area good . Brilliant that the sun loungers are locked up till 9.30 am. This way you get a place by the pool side. Food well not great to be fair as most of the time the food is left and cold. More selection of British options of food. No evening entertainment but I guess end of season. Bar not much space to seat. Better selection of cocktails would be good. Paying for a safe is okay but you have to carry a key round with you or hide it. Not a great idea should have been a safe where you put in a pin.

We got amazing half term holidays in Golbales America, sea view from room and swimming pool is for one million dollars :),very nice and friendly staff,food been good but can been better for 4 🌟 hotel,room is very nice and clean but pillow can been better. I hope so we can back to this place again thanks for staff excellent holidays for me and my family

Views are beautiful, room clean and staff nice. Before we went I checked reviews and saw food received some negative comments. Now I have been I would agree. Breakfast and lunch are ok with nice salad options but the evening buffet had limited choice. We would have liked a bit more variety of meat options and a better selection of vegetables. Also food could be warmer all very luke warm. Overall though we had a lovely holiday.

Our week was really great. The view from our room is magnificent.The food is great. The supermarket is close. You can do a lot of things or you can simply enjoy your day relaxing in the beach or near the pool. One more thing is there's a massage service just beside the pool area . You can have a whole body massage for an hour if you want or you can see their different kinds of massage in their website. No worries there's a lot of pamphlet in the lobby of the hotel. It's really an amazing experience. The massage is really good 👍👍👍😊😊. Highly recommend it for anyone. The masseuse is really good and friendly. You can even fall asleep with how good it is.

The Hotel is lovely. Beautiful location best in the area. Lovely views. Clean rooms and great housekeeping. All inclusive drinks great. Food not so much. Always cold and no decent meat selection. Everything else 5* they have actives round the pool which keeps everyone busy.

Arrived at hotel America and we all were stunned by view. Hotel clean and rooms modern however room very basic for 4 star. No shampoo conditioner etc no water and no information regarding hotel meal times etc. Bar staff were wonderful in lounge but other staff could be quite rude. Food is awful always cold and tasteless and for a four star hotel choice very limited. Desserts were the worst I have ever seen in any Spanish hotel. Children are definitely not catered for. No children’s section. The hotel is def 4 star for location and views but for service, amenities and food def not 4 star. Hotel appears to rely on location but should pay more attention for other areas eg service and food .

Honest review with my honest opinions. Perhaps I did not do enough research before booking a holiday here. We were looking for a family holiday in a picturesque part of Mallorca with nice restaurants/shops, some beach activities. The hotel itself is very nice, the views are outstanding, I couldn’t have felt happier when I opened the curtains on arrival. The rooms are really nice, bathrooms good and beds comfy. The food is ok, much of the same throughout the week, we ate out a few times to break it up. More on that shortly… To get a lounger by the pool you need to be out early as they all get reserved with towels very early and if the beds aren’t out yet then umbrellas get reserved! We managed to get beds a couple of the days on the grass area which is definitely more spacious. The beach, which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel is quite dirty, I’m a non smoker and was really shocked to find it like a beach of the 80’s, cigarette ends littered in the sand and everywhere, not nice at all. The sea is so clear and warm but it has a strong current resulting in very big waves. No beach activities here. The town itself is really run down, lots of closed units and does not feel very clean. Hopefully there might be some inves**ent soon. We are a Pizza Venecia a couple of times, honest food but burgers, pasta pizza etc. we took a cab one day to Porto Cristo which was about 15 mins away, it’s lovely, more what I had been hoping for from Calas…. So in all, lovely hotel but the rest of it a big disappoin**ent. Would not come here again.

Going back again soon and find it hard to see negative reviews. We last stayed there in May and all I can see is wow ! The staff are amazing and very professional and friendly. We arrived in the early hours of the morning at around 3:00, and because we had booked through an online agency we were given a room with no sea view or balcony. (My own mistake). The reception offered us an amazing upgrade for only 20 euros a night. This was an amazing deal !!! Our new room 415 as such an amazing view see the photo below. After reading many reviews I was a little worried but can honestly say the food is great and there are many choices, meats, fish and even vegetarian options. Concerning the snack bar there is always hamburgers, hotdog's, pizzas, fruits and some sweet options. Also on different nights of the week different themes so the choice is always different. There are 3 different bars, one is near the pool one on the left of the reception which is good for families with children and there is one more on the right side of the reception where there is a nice cocktail bar with an outside area where you can sit and relax. There were to many staff who have gone out of there way to make our stay the best possible but I'd like to say a big thank you to the barman from Morroco. Based on our amazing holiday hoping to come back in September.
