This hotel is amazing and in a great location. Had a wonderful sea view. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff work very hard to please customers and make their stay memorable. The food was very good and a great selection for A/l. Katia was so helpful and always so bubbly with a welcoming smile. I have been visiting Spain for many years but unfortunately this will be my last visit due to the Protests and feeling of not being welcomed in the Country. I am now looking else where to book my next holiday. Globales hotel is an amazing holiday and it's a shame as otherwise l would definitely returned.

We have just come back from 10 days all inclusive and we absolutely loved it from checking in to checking out we had the best time food was great rooms perfect lovely comfy beds slept like a log every night. The views were amazing going to miss not waking up to it. The walk down to the beach was really good we loved it down there so it’s a definite must for people. We wouldn’t definitely come here again thankyou for a fantastic family holiday

So disappointed with this hotel. Staff all look like they’re bored out of their mind and inconsistent (sometimes you can only pay with cash, sometimes they let you use card, sometimes they charge you extra sometimes not). Everything is extra fees (paying for changing beach towels, snacks, ice cream, etc.) The pools are overcrowded with no space, almost no shade. Had to move to the grassy area on the hill and most of the sun loungers were either broken or full of bird poo. The beach is small and also overcrowded. Food is meh all around and besides the water there really isn’t anything to do. I haven’t been this disappointed in a long time.

This year it was our tenth stay in your hotel and we have to confess that these last two years were the best (2024,2025). The cuisine was excellent, the entertainment at the stage by the swimming pool was much pleasant, not so noisy and uproarious, we enjoyed the flamenco at night. We were enthralled by the sea view. The staff were very helpful. Thank you for the beatiful holiday, we look forward to our next stay!

I went to this hotel mid July with my 17 year old daughter before the school summer holidays started. The hotel was generally clean apart from some of the comminal bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned daily. Food was good, a bit samey but always fresh and tasty. This hotel has the potential of being better but we felt like it was over its capacity. There is definately not enough outside space for the amount of people staying at the hotel. There was never anywhere to sit and of course this caused us a problem. The sunbeds were packed away every evening and chained up. They were unchained at around 8am each morning for people to help themselves to. Unfortunately the were only about 10 parasoles and people were reserving them before the sunbeds became available by putting chairs under them with towels on. The pictures are very decieving and by time all sunbeds were laid out, people were packed around the pool like sardines. There is another grass area with sunbeds but these were all taken as well and the grass was very sloped it was hard to stay sat on the beds without sliding off. It was terrible so we ended up having to sit on our balcony. The room is provided with a fridge but no water is provided in the rooms. This meant that we were up and down for drinks and in the heat this was quite difficult. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive and only includes a very limited drinks menu. Apparently this is normal for spain but ive never experienced this before. The room smelt like a sewer and we had to keep running the shower to get rid of the smell. The beach is packed out and you will be lucky to find a patch of sand or sunbed to sit on. The sunbeds are another 15 euro for the day as well. And there are about 100 steep steps to the beech. The bar staff are creepy and traveling as a sole female with my daugher I felt uncomfortable. They were constantly harassing and asking for phone numbers, if im married etc. It was awful and i ended up being scared to take a drink from them. We went on a boat trip which is a complete con. It was just a taxi that we couldnt get off. Avaoid at all costs. Advertised with swimming and glass bottom. There was none of this. These are the main points and we were only there for 3 days. Dont think i could have managed a week.

Food was alright some days, rubbish other days. Heard a few people got ill but I wasn't affected. Hotel workers tell u what to wear on the evening, as I was refused entry to the evening restaurant for wearing a sleeveless t shirt (not a vest) . Never in my life have I paid to be on holiday and told what I can and can't wear! Im always smart and respectful in the clothes I wear. I complied and changed in to a polo shirt, to then find women wearing hardly anything and a man in vest!! I'll never go back, definitely returning to Greece 👍
