I stayed at this hotel in early May 2025. Be cautious of the seemingly professional photographs. The hotel room appeared worn, and the bathroom was in a similar state, although I must commend the overall cleanliness of the hotel during my stay. A particularly strange recurring issue was that both my bedroom and the public restrooms featured glass doors that did not align properly with their frames. Since I was sharing the room with a friend rather than a partner, we unfortunately had to witness each other using the bathroom. This same situation applied to the poolside restrooms; who would want to use a bathroom visible in front of strangers? Upon arrival, I experienced the rudest and most hurried check-in I have ever encountered while on holiday. This was not due to the young lady assisting us, but a rather abrupt, receptionist with red hair who was shouting orders from behind the desk. During the brief check-in process, which involved putting on a wristband and being directed to the restaurant, I was abruptly instructed to halt my signing of the arrival papers as the other receptionist insisted that the daily tax be paid immediately! We were then hurriedly directed to have lunch, with no further hotel explanations provided. We arrived at lunch approximately 30 minutes before the serving time ended, through no fault of our own, only to find that 70% of the lunch items had already been removed. Throughout my stay, the hot food options were consistently limited, lukewarm, and often cold. It’s a good job I like salad. I have noted that this is a common complaint in other reviews, and the management's responses tend to be overly defensive. This was the worst all-inclusive dining experience I have ever had. In the restaurant, there are specific tables designated for couples only. Most of these tables are situated in the centre of the restaurant, while tables for three or more are positioned by the windows with a view. Despite the restaurant often being crowded, patrons are prohibited from occupying certain tables and are closely monitored. My friend and I chose to sit at a table designated for three, as we appreciated the view of the sea. However, we were approached by a waitress named Tati, who removed the 'reserved for three' sign at the far end of table by reaching across our plates as we were eating and forcefully slammed it in the centre to emphasize that we were inappropriately seated. My patience and manners were tested that day. This waitress could benefit from additional training in customer service or may be better suited for a role that does not involve direct public interaction. I would not return to this establishment and unfortunately would certainly not recommend it to others.
