I could go on and on about this hotel and what a wonderful 10 days we have spent here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. If you are thinking of booking this hotel for next year I can guarantee you should go ahead and do it with no concerns about the small amount of negative reviews, as in my opinion they are simply not valid. You will have a wonderful time, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained, rooms are more than adequate, staff are always tentative, room keeping is on point and the entertainment is good and varied, the breathtaking view speak for themselves, food is varied and plentiful, bar staff are brilliant and selection of drinks great. Yes there is no kettle in the room as stated in other reviews but access to the coffee machines is from 10.30 am until 00.00 oh and breakfast starts at 7.30 am so you can get a coffee there if you are ultra desperate so stop complaining and enjoy your holiday. The only small gripe we have is that 2 weeks before we were due to travel we were informed that the children’s entertainment team had been sent home early and kids club had been cancelled, This has been such a shame for our children as the entertainment team was one of the main reasons we returned. The hotel is still busy with young people and to have the children’s entertainment team working would have made it that little more special for our youngsters and give us that much needed few hours to relax and take a break from the mum and dad role. We have been informed that the kids entertainment team will return as normal next year. To conclude, it has been a pleasure to spend our 2024 holiday here at this hotel we will definitely be return for a third time. Little Tip : If you are looking for a day trip head down the coast to the beach to the right of the hotel and seek out the Moonfish glass bottom boat trip, well worth the money and a wonderful day for adults and children alike.

I stopped here for 5 nights with my partner for a short break. We found the hotel nice the views were amazing from our room. The staff were all lovely we didn’t come across any rude members of staff. The walk into the little town part took us around 10 minutes at the most so not to fair away. The bigger beach to the right of the hotel was around 10 minutes also the smaller beach to the left was around 5 minutes but this beach had a lot of steps to get down to it so wouldn’t be as good as the other one for people that struggle to walk or people in wheelchairs or have prams. Food at the hotel was okay I am a fussy eater and found something to eat. It’s your basic all inclusive food. Yes sometimes at the snack bar you could see flys but I never saw a lot of them. And when I went I waited for the fresh stuff that was cooking. We also found the drinks fine too again your basic all inclusive drinks and cocktails. If you wanted branded drinks you could have them for extra but we didn’t do that apart from once we paid for a frozen daiquiri which was nice. I would return for another short back maybe a week at the most. The hotel entertainment was okay too considering it was coming to the end of season. Also the sunbeds we found them fine. We could always get a sunbed around the pool. After 10:30 ish it may become a bit harder but I seen people to getting some that where buy them self and just putting it next to another one. Also lots of sunbed around the smaller pool and on the grass area. We also found the lifts fine we didn’t have to wait long for one at all. Also there was 3 lifts in the building we were in but not many people seen the 1 buy it’s self they just use the two which where near the restaurant when you walked out. The other one was just behind them down the 3/4 steps. Our room was very nice and big we found the bed fine and the hotel was clean we saw the staff cleaning all the time. Like I said we would return but not for longer than a week.

Lovely place! Well kept and the most stunning balcony view. Plenty of places to plot up and sunbathe. Breakfast and lunch lovely and snacks available during the day too. Dinner we found was not so great…not much variety…a lot of pork dishes. One thing that really did disappoint was the removal of your wrist band upon Checkout. I have never ever had this anywhere else and found it so very rude…

We had a lovely week here at the end of September. The hotel itself is modern and kept really clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was huge, very comfortable and kept clean. Our towels were changed daily which was fab. Views from the balcony (we were in the main building facing out to sea) were stunning. There are so many areas within the hotel, you'll find somewhere to suit if you like the business of the main pool, we enjoyed the smaller quieter pool as the main pool was always busy and sunbeds reserved from sunrise. There is a coastal path which runs through the hotel grounds also which is a lovely walk. The lifts let the hotel down slightly as they struggled to accommodate the amount of people using them. Avoid busy times i.e just before meal times and after entertainment and you won't wait too long. Lots of different bars and two snack bars. The restaurant was lovely, food was excellent but I do see what people mean when it's been called repetitive. Can't fault breakfast, but fussy eaters might struggle at lunch or dinner. I had no issues but my partner struggled some days. The evening entertainment was a mixed bag, but the small town is a short walk away if you don't fancy what was on that night. Overall an excellent stay and we would come back again!

This hotel is a gem. We has read mixed reviews before we went and so when we arrived we knew we had made a great choice . We had the front sea facing room and WOW what a stunning sight to see. The food in the all inclusive was endless. The variety was unbelievable (it nearly got the better of Hubby who loves his food). The staff could not do enough to help and were smiling and polite . The restaurants were spotless too. There was a good selection of entertainment on each night which we loved . We didn't have children with us but we would see the children's club daily playing games and dancing.(the children's entertainer was full of energy). We will 110% return again at some point and would highly recommend people to try it , if for no other reason do it for that stunning veiw

We arrived at the hotel after first coming 11 years ago. The hotel has changed hands and been upgraded since then. We had a smooth check in and our room was ready in the sister building. A nice big room with great sea views. I did not like the separate sink from the shower and toilet, there was space to have it all in one. First the pros.. Great sea view Big room Lots of choice mealtimes including theme nights Great staff Choice of bars Entertainment (Mowtown night especially) Very nice wine and pink cava Nice walk round the cliffs The cons.. Separate sink as above. Having to go to another building for lunch. Hence very busy. Sunbeds always taken round the pool (Usually some on the grass though) One lift always out of action. Some drinks were not free on all inclusive. We did enjoy our holiday. We would not return though mainly due to the resort itself as there us not that much to do. If you want to sit round a pool all week it would be fine but we are used to somewhere I bit livelier.

A great hotel to spend time relaxing at - the hotel exceeded our expectations and the special touch given to my daughter on her birthday when a bottle of bubbles, selection of cakes and a birthday card brought to our room was very appreciated and unexpected as we did not mention anything to them. The evening entertainment was superb - only down side was when the Abba experience failed to turn up which left the hotel staff having to make alternative arrangements at very short notice but they came up trumps with a music quiz. Well done - I would defo consider going there again ! Thank you !

Some good points ,and not so good points. Arrive in the early hours, when we got into our room a 10cm beetle was running around, they did come and remove it, had a look at the balcony, and lumps of paint was peeling from the wall, I thought oh no. Did improve a little, veiws amazing, Room basic, but large and clean. Lift's a nightmare, as we are an elderly couple, food was okay but got a bit boring, some of the entertainment was good, but not all of it . We would not go back there, because of the Lift's and steps.

This was not an expensive holiday so i could let alot of things go. The views are also incredible so make up for alot of negatives. This is all round a decent hotel, but there are quite a few cons to it. Our room was nice, however very bare/basic. The food was nice enough, the staff are friendly, they work incredibly hard. Major cons: • The lifts are ridiculous. There was one out of use my entire stay and never saw any attempt to fix it. The ones that did work took so long to come that you would end up just taking the stairs. When you did take it, it sounded like a death trap • There are no tea/coffee facilities in your room which is pure basic needs. • They charge you €10 to hire a towel and if you want a fresh one its $1 so best off taking your own towel • We arrived at midnight, there was minimum guidance on where to go etc. No hot drinks available and some stale pizza that had been lying out god knows how long. • On check out day, if you have a late flight, you have to pay an additional €25 per person to keep your all inc band in and get food/drink. Ive never heard of this in my life. Even though we missed our entire first day with such a late check in, it didnt matter they are so strict on it, no budging so we still had to pay extra. • The food at the lunchtime snack bar is covered in flies so i do not recommend, however the lunch buffet next door is really nice. • Ice coffee isnt included in all inclusive and extra? Why? Its literally just coffee but with ife in it? • They have annoying kids entertainment at 9pm while everyone is sat waiting for the main entertainment. Why so late? Its just an sbsolute vibe killer and makes you want to go to bed lol Would i stay again? Possibly, if i got another cheap deal and for the views.
