Nothing at fault at all. Room was great so as the hotel itself and the location. Food was amazing . Lots of options including pancakes waffles egg Benedict and ***y more, all freshly backed, cooked . Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa. Hotel staff were also friendly, smart, passionate and respectful. Great experience over all.

The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their de***ds to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

Unfortunately disappointing experience. The hotel is quite expensive, but imho it shouldn’t be such expensive. On the territory of the hotel is the renovation of some houses. The cottage house looks tired, the water was licking from the bathroom to the bed, the furniture is old. The swimming pool is ok. The breakfast is good, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine. The service is good. The wifi is not working in the room.

The property and the stay was good, but the staff was overlooking and over working. The bathroom and washbasin had hair clogged. Taps were shaking and cobwebs all over. No towels were there and when asked they gave a pair which was leaving follicles, when asked for change they asked for the old towel 1st once given then they gave a new pair. Upon check out the moment we left the room the staff immediately went to check if their things were in place before we left the hotel.

The overall stay was good. The food is amazing. The chef is good. The housekeeping staff is very good. As compared to the price, the services are not offered. They have things but don’t share. In case of umbrellas also they had it but resisted before sharing. I would suggest people to prefer some renowned named hotel as in this price you will easily get it. No. Ok. How to share it

Везде очень чисто, уборка в номере регулярно и очень хорошо. Территория отеля, бассейн в полном порядке, очень красиво: зелень, цветы. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, доброжелательная, уважительная.Завтраки вкусные, в основном индийская еда,но можно всегда найти что-то для себя. Голодными никто не останется... Фрукты свежие и разные каждый день, не одно и тоже. Завтраки, в общем ,на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить работу менеджера Габриэля. Он нас встречал, все рассказал по отелю. В дальнейшем оказал сразу же содействие в решении по замене холодильника и чайника. В общем, без лишних вопросов, все очень быстро сделали. И все очень доброжелательно с теплотой в отношении. Прекрасный человек! Очень добрый, внимательный и профессионал в своей работе! Желаю процветания отелю! Так держать и в дальнейшем. Обязательно вернёмся снова и именно в этот отель! We stayed here for 3 nights , it was superb experience to stay here, rooms were clean and food we ordered was delicious. Overall it was a excellent experience at Ladner hotrl. In an area dotted with hotels and lodges, the first thing that attracts your attention to Sairaj Beach Resort is its bright yellow colour. Less than a year old (it opened in 2020), it has all the facilities of costly five stars, but is much more pocket friendly! Rooms are spacious, though not huge, and the food spread is tasty and adequate, though not lavish. The staff are friendly and try to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Calagunte beach and other attractions like Baga beach and Fort Aguada are within 15-20 minutes drive (***y options to hire bikes or cars nearby). Overall, a very good hotel for a Goan holiday!

Best property to stay with family, this serviced apartments/ villas are best choice to stay, walking distance to calangute and baga. Every thing is available, they have taxi booking, bike/scotter booking serviced. Excellent house keeping, security, best choice to stay with kids, as kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances provided.
