Casa de Goa - Boutique Resort - Calangute

Worst experience after staying 10 days in another hotel came to this resort with family for a better experience. V rude staff and charged extra for a kid and not ready to listen about other hotel feedback or suggestions. Will never recommend anyone if get a free stay

Once a great destination, now it sucks completely. Even a year back, I found it a property worth staying long in Goa, a year later I found it in a pretty bad shape. The housekeeping is now the worst, the in-room facilities (the television has major audio issues, 5 reninders and it never got rectified, even after paying extra for staying 2 additional hours the housekeeping guy denied to provide a half-litre bottle of packaged water, the front office staff members except Manjula and Santosh are slower than govt employees, the pool floor ia damaged and may cause serious injuries, its in shambles. Avoid if you can.

We had very comfortable stay ,front desk is excellent, Restaurant staff and services are poor ,Mr Ajith from live counter,and Mr Ajith from F&B services are very excellent in their job .Ms Manjula from Guest relation is very soft spoken and helpful.Avelia and Santosh from from desk are good . MR Tukaram is good in his job ,Mr mahesh driver is wonderful person and very genuine. In one word it's home away from home .we had wonderful and lovely stay here .

This hotel is one of the best around. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, so you can easily walk there and enjoy the sun and sand. It’s also near all the best spots in town, making it easy to explore and have fun. The staff really stand out because they are so welcoming and attentive. They make sure you have everything you need and are always happy to give tips on where to go and what to do. Their friendliness makes your stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also very well-maintained. Everything is clean and in good condition, from the rooms to the common areas. This attention to detail makes your stay comfortable and pleasant. Plus, there’s a swimming pool that’s always neat and clean, perfect for a refreshing dip. Another highlight is the breakfast. The options are very nice and delicious, giving you a great start to your day. In short, this hotel offers great service, a perfect location, and excellent upkeep. Staff friendly nature Rooms were well furnished n clean with bathtub n pool view superb Breakfast amazing with lot of varieties In all the experience was too good and hardly 2 to 3km from Calangute and Baga beach Worth the money 🤑 Excellent service

We stayed in Casa de Goa for Four days. The hotel is very neat and clean. We stayed at deluxe rooms. The rooms are spacious The food and breakfast spread is very good. Over all it was good experience. Swimming pool is very clean. Check in and check out process was fast.
