It's a pathetic and horrible experience i have gone through after booking this particular hotel through Agoda, I booked this hotel for 1 night but after booking confirmation i realised the dates are wrong so immediately without wasting time i tried to ***age but no option i got rather to cancel it and it was more than 48 hours. This illiterates don't have a basic sense of hospitality showing there nonsense policy of not refunding the entire amount. Expert a better sense of hospitality from Park, atleast dhabas are better then the hospitality you provide in the beginning only. On been asked to speak with ***ager "Everyone is on leave" low occupancy. Even Agoda is ready to refund but the park ***agement is not ready to refund wow. Telling it is absolutely illogical but still if possible try to learn the basic of hospitality from Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott etc......
