The hotel is on a side street, which makes it a little quieter at night. When I was there, it was mostly Indian and English people. The breakfast is not really for European tastes. *** can order eggs in any form, but otherwise it looks poor. It didn't bother me, though. The rooms are great. You have a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and fridge. The prices for food and drink are not excessively higher than outside. And it's not far from the beach. *** just shouldn't trust Google because there are lots of small alleys that take you on a shortcut. I felt very comfortable, which was also helped by the super friendly staff and management.

The service is 10 on 10, Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is more than enough with Quality and Quantity. Mr. Ganesh at the booking office so well represents the report and truly shows care to customers. We felt very comfortable and safe at the resort and will surly visit again. The resort is easily accessible, a small store next door, a very good laundry in front and the report can help with Bike Rental as well. We thank the team for such a wonderful experience and see you soon.

Quaint place away from the noisy main road traffic. Rooms were okay, nothing great. Could have been a bit cleaner. Food was very basic, nothing great. This place does not have proper 4-wheeler parking, and you would have to park about 50ft away in an open place. You need to get to the main road, which is at a walkable distance, to get to restaurants and other places.

There is no day to day follow up by the care taker in the hotel. Ambience is good. No cctv camera in premises which laps our security.

Overall a good experience, the food served was not up to mark they must offer some more options. Their restaurant closed at 10 pm which is very impractical in goa. Doesn't have proper parking space, my car parked in some garbage dumping ground below trees and in 3 days.

We stayed for two weeks as a party of 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children. The resort was perfect for what we wanted, nice clean rooms, swimming pool, close to the main area and beach. The rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted. The onsite bar and food was great. Sometimes food can take a while to come but was always lovely and very reasonable prices. All the staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Food taste is pretty average. Need to work on that. Also need to restrict people who have gutkha in the mouth entering the pool. Rest, value for money

The location of the resort is nice. It is not a big resort but it is decent. The staff was good the rooms were big and nice
