la mer resort review:
1. when i called over phone to make my room ready before check in hotel, manager was telling you have booked in less price with credit card and we will not accept this. and you have to cancel and book again.
2. i also conveyed the same to you but no action taken.
3. even with that when i checked into hotel, room was not clean, bed was dirty, most of room accessories were missing.
4. everyday cleaning was not there.
5. breakfast was not so good .
6. 3rd day manager told that your room was upgraded to deluxe and without permission and absence he shifted our belongings even with ladies belongings which were scattered in room.
7. also he mixed other rooms belongings to our baggage.
8. it was a horrible experience i have done.
9. staffs behaviour was not good.
10. please don’t give this kind of service to anyone!
