I made a reservation at this hotel to take a bus to Argentina early in the morning the next day. The location was great, about a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal, and the room was clean. I said I would be leaving before breakfast time, so I am grateful that they carefully prepared a packed lunch for me. However, there is one bad thing.
The difference is that lunch and dinner cannot be paid in cash, only by credit card. I had plenty of cash and didn't need any more Chilean money since I was leaving Chile the next day, but the hotel did not accept my cash payment.
I don't understand. You can't use Chilean money at hotels in Chile.
The hotel cant accept my payment for lunch and dinner by cash.
They want payment by only credit card.

ホテルの見た目がとても良くて、実際中に入ってもかなり綺麗でした。ホテルの中は乾燥してるので注意が必要です。マスクなど保湿ができるものがあると良いかもしれません。

Room was ok; Food was bad, lunch was terrible the day I got there and then, I assumed the rest was the same. After the first day I ate outside and it was better, more abundant and cheaper. Noise surroundings And the worse,I got stolen when in my last day when I forgot to leave my suitcase locked before to go work. Don't leave anything unattended. As a recommendation: look for another place. No reaction from manager, my word against them. DON'T TRUST CLEANING PERSONNEL. Calama is dangerous, this is one of the examples. I will never return to this place again nor recommend.

Decent stay
I wouldn't recommend staying in Calama if you want to visit the Atacama on tourism (we made this mistake). Calama is a pretty rough town and we were warned about car thefts. That said this hotel was pretty decent. They have a bit of an odd setup with the sink being outside the bathroom which I felt was odd and the room was quite cramped. That said, it worked out quite well for our trip, if you do stay in Calama this hotel is a good option.
