Sometimes when you travel internationally, to a remote location, you never know what you’re going to get; however we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff went above and beyond helping us with various questions. A big shout out to Roberto, who went with me to get a tire repaired!! We were in need of catering and they came thru for us on that as well! The rooms are very comfortable and the entire place is really beautiful and secure. Location is about 10 min from the airport; however not within walking distance to much. That was fine by us, because it was an oasis at the end of the day!

We only stayed at this hotel for one night and we loved it!!! The facilities are beautiful: spacious, very clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a beautiful restaurant. Great option in Calama, very close to supermarkets and the airport. Parking and breakfast included. The entire team was super friendly and very welcoming. We wish we could stay longer.

For work reasons I lived in this hotel for 6 months. I am really grateful for the way they treated me. They were a 7 with me! The receptionists, the waiters, the chef and the cleaning ladies became my companions in my home away from home. The pieces are very comfortable, it has enough size, and the beds are very pleasant to sleep on. There are no nearby noise problems. The parking lot is big enough for all the trucks, I even left it there on the weekend when I went back to Santiago. They are 8 minutes from the airport, very good location! The showers have problems, they usually have pressure problems in the showers, which was somewhat irritating when it was 6.30 in the morning and I couldn't shower, but it happened from time to time! Not always. They have enough space to build a simple gym, they should! It would be very practical for hotel guests like me and my team, who like to exercise during the week. It's safe, clean and nice! Highly recommended to stay in Calama. I thank everyone again for how well they treated me during my stay!! As a general note I put a 6/10 (due to the lack of amenities compared to the other NOIs in Chile)
