Nice and clean , friendly staff , very nice location and all shops around

There was no hot water in the shower. After reporting it to the front desk, I checked other rooms and there was no hot water either. The front desk was relatively helpless and he didn't know how to solve it himself. I'm more curious how other guests coped. In short, I didn't take a shower at night or in the morning. Fortunately, I stayed for one night and left.

Unfortunately they are not air-conditioned rooms it really was very hot happy the welcome has offered us gently a fan without great results

Very basic stay. A short walk from the train station. They allow pets which might be a positive for some. I heard dog’s barking in the night which I did not appreciate. Breakfast was basic but adequate and staff was helpful.

A charming provincial hotel - unchanged for many years. Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Breakfast was Good - maybe they could add an omelette to the menu?

The service was good, the employees were really helpful and kind.

Service is very good The landlord’s aunt is very kind and attentive. Very clean and the price is very good Calais has a good view, the city is very clean, and the traffic is free. It is a beautiful small northern city.

Everything was OK, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The only thing which you should prepare is cash or cheque 500 euro for deposit. Be careful - the staff only speaks French 😂
