Had a lovely one night stay to start our journey in Normandy. They warmly welcomed us and made ourselves really at home. Breakfast is nice, particularly freshly squeezed orange juice by them and their home made yogurt, which were quite tasty. Much more memorable and nicer experience than staying at boring chain hotels owned by the big companies.

Les Secrets is easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! This small, family-run hotel is comfortable, quiet, clean and, best of all, super-friendly! Owners and Laurent welcomed us as if we were family. They encourage cyclists and allowed us to keep our bikes inside overnight. Laurent is an excellent chef; do be sure to order dinner with them. Breakfast was also superb. All in all, a superb experience! Thanks Natalie and Laurent!

One of the nicest places to stay in Calais, beautiful, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with homemade products , all lovingly prepared.The hosts were friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed chatti g with them.We will definitely go back!

traveled with my Husband two children ,13& 7 , my dad and our dog . We ALL loved the place. What an amazing place , clean , very interesting! Soooooo well done , what a fantastic place, When I was looking at booking it looked good, but so does not do the place justice . The rooms are historically fascinating, the owners are so lovely and there cats 🐱. The place is fantastic it is a must if stopping in Calais. I booked it for on the way back too ! Can’t wait 🤗

We stumbled upon this little hotel by accident while searching the internet for somewhere to stay in Calais. I would agree with the rest of the reviewers by saying that this is a nice place to stay, we were made to feel very welcome by the lady whose house it is. It's well located on the square next to the theatre. It's first time we've actually stopped over in Calais normally we just drive straight to the dock but it's quite a pretty town and worth a visit. I would stop here again for sure.

Everything about this place is perfect! The owners were super-helpful and really made us feel like valued guests. The room was fantastic -- Big, clean, interesting, with all the amenities that you would expect from a hotel costing twice as much as this. Breakfast was delicious: simple, but high-quality! I will recommend this to all my friends and family traveling to Calais!

Nathalie is very friendly and helpful. There is easy parking outside. The location is great for discovering Calais. The Lady Hamilton room is a very good size and has an excellent shower room. The building itself is charming with very high ceilings. Breakfast was substantial with lots of choice. It’s good value too. We were very happy to have chosen to stay there.
