Hotel Apartamentos Solimar

I stayed in this hotel relatively recently. The hotel at first glance is nice, that's the only thing that can be saved, in my opinion. The food was deplorable, I really lost my appetite every time I went to the dining room. There was little variety and the quality was rather lousy. In addition, the hotel prepared food for us when we were not in the hotel, this prepared food was inedible. The bread was chewy and it really felt like they were laughing in our face. We ended up wasting food and having to spend money to eat something moderately acceptable, what a shame. Not to mention the terrible treatment we received from the staff, these were unbearably rude and very cold. Sincerely, I tried to spend as little time as possible in the hotel, since I ended up bitter. In conclusion, I do not recommend anyone to go to such a den.

We returned once again after several years of absence and we were able to verify that it was still as good as it was years ago. In the apartment we stayed in it was very comfortable and with the possibility of living a life inside it with total normality. the hotel buffet allows you to eat everything with good quality. staff very attentive to customers and good cleaning. For those with small children it is worth a visit. Very close to the beach. finally, to come back one more time.

The best, without a doubt, is the service. Reception, dining room, cleaning etc. The friendliest I've ever met, always willing to help and provide facilities. The food, well, I like the buffet they have. To put a snag, the heat of the dining room, but only for being fussy. Very nice room, with a large terrace. Without a doubt, to repeat. I hope they let all the staff know about their great work.

As years ago it has been a real pleasure. It's like being at home, all its employees, restaurant, waiters, directors, animation... truly sensational with people and families in general. Animation for children with an almost familiar attention with them. 100% recommended for families.

Genial. Hemos venido en más ocasiones, a este hotel. Puedo decir que en pocos sitios me han tratado tan amablemente y siempre con una sonrisa como aquí. Dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier problema. Solo tengo palabras buenas para el servicio, sobre todo para Jon y Belen, que nos han atendido en muchas ocasiones. La dirección no sabe la suerte que tienen. Está muy cerca del hotel así como de la zona comercial. Un 10 en ubicación. Hay mucha variedad de comida y la verdad que esta rica. Las habitaciones están bien de espacio, y la terraza que da a las piscinas una maravilla. No tengo dudas de que volveremos a repetir si mantienen los precios.

Отдыхали в отеле с 10 по 21 июля 2023 года с женой. Брали апартаменты, хотя кухонным уголком, который занимает часть большой комнаты, практически не пользовались - у нас был полный пансион. Отель оченнь понравился, хотя там и отдыхали исключительно испанские семьи с детьми. До пляжа пять минут ходьбы, море чистое, берёг песчаный, пляж очень длинный. Питание в ресторане выше всяких похвал - каждый день рыба и морепродукты, овощи и фрукты - арбузы и дыни, персики и нектарины, яблоки, груши, сливы, ананасы. Обед и ужин в две смены, нас прикрепили к определенному столику, завтрак - за любым столиком. Анимация для самых маленьких на испанском языке пользовалась успехом у всех живущих в отеле, кроме нас - мы вечером гуляли по променаду вдоль набережной, шопились, смотрели представление циркового артиста. В апартаментах у нас была отдельная спальня с вентилятором. В зале - кондиционер и диван, телевизор и стол со стульями и шкафы. Балкон со столиком и стульями выходил на бассейны, которых на территории два. Мы в бассейнах не купались, только в море. Персонал очень вежливый, подарили нам в конце две фирменных футболки и две сумки с логотипом отеля. Рекомендуем Отель для отдыха, особенно семьям с детьми. Персонал говорит по-английски. Можно пользоваться лифтами. Очень красивая территория с пальмами и деревьями. До аэропорта в Барселоне 45 минут на такси 90-115 евро.

Apart-hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la plage. Les buffets sont de bonne qualité avec beaucoup de choix aussi bien pour les petits-déjeuners que les repas. A contrario, la piscine est occupée très souvent par des enfants alors qu'il y a une piscine pour eux. Les soirées sont bruyantes avec des jeux pour enfants et pour un peu de repos, c'est manqué. Il vaut mieux prendre le parking, payant, car très peu de places dans le coin et zone bleue.

Llamemos al hotel antes de reservar para explicar que mis padres son mayores, y uno de ellos tiene movilidad reducida y necesitábamos un baño con ducha. Sin problema nos asignaron una habitación con ducha, y a la llegada, sí, el baño tenía ducha, pero el baño era tan pequeño que mi padre no ha podido utilizarlo ningún día, teniendo que usar el baño público. Una vergüenza. En mi opinión, el hotel tiene que avisar si no puede proporcionar una habitación/baño apto para personas mayores con movilidad reducida. Si no fuera poco, avisemos con antelación que vendría un familiar de visita, y nos dijeron que no habría problema si pagábamos 60€ adicionales. Aceptamos. El día en cuestión, nos dijeron que no sabían nada, y que este familiar no podía acceder a las instalaciones. No repetiremos, eso seguro.
