Apartment located in second line of sea. It is located within a very nice residential complex with saline communal pool, garden and park for the little ones. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and access to the terrace, and another room with single bed and extra bed. There is a bathroom with shower, dining room with kitchen and access to the terrace. The apartment has ducted air conditioning and heating (aerothermal system). The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. It has free wifi and communal parking with a square in the apartment. Regulations: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. It is not allowed to light candles or use portable barbecue. Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00. We are located in an exclusively family area and we want respect for our neighbors, for this reason we do not allow the celebration of parties and events of any kind. The maximum capacity of the house is 4 Only people registered in your reservation and registered with the local police can stay overnight in the house. They can have visitors during the day but without exceeding the capacity limit.
