Absolutely lovely staff, front desk housekeeping and bar staff. Room was beautiful had a lovely view of beach very clean nice sweets as a welcome. Buffet food was good and breakfast was lovely as well. Roof top bar nice to chill. Downstairs bar had a singer not my taste but good. Gym was small but maintained. Nice sauna overlooking beach and spa pool. Wasn’t able to get a spa treatment but was only here one night. Actual pool small and sun beds area small and are very close together!! Nice location

So we’ve spent the loveliest time at this beautiful hotel we are the only English people staying here it’s 99.9 per cent German it’s a shame more English people don’t come here as they are missing a real treat. It was my birthday yesterday a surprise birthday cake with candle music by the most amazing violinist and a Buck’s Fizz I felt truly spoilt. From reception to the beautiful buffet breakfast special mention to the front of house lady in the breakfast restaurant who always has a lovely smile to the lovely team serving. The rooms are beautiful make sure you book a sea view room you won’t be disappointed the view is amazing. The lobby bar by the infinity pool is just lovely with a beautiful view over the beach. Going back to my room yesterday balloons were on the bed what a lovely touch thank you for making my day and holiday so special we will be back!

Beautiful view (get the ocean front balcony), great service, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. So easy to walk along the coast and find food/drinks/bars/etc. There is free parking all over the city but the hotel offers parking out front for 12 euro a day. The only con I found is that they do not offer water bottles at the hotel and we had to go buy some at the supermarket (not a far walk). Not a huge deal.

Excellent hotel in terms of cleanliness and attention to the guest by all the attentive and always available staff. Room with a small wardrobe, too bad that even though there is a coffee machine, it is paid for. It is not for the euro of the capsule but in a 4 star superior hotel you do not expect coffee to be extra, at least it has never happened to me. Disappointment regarding the food, at breakfast little choice of sweets, and the cappuccino is considered extra, the dinner really very disappointing, a cuisine mainly oriented towards a German clientele, never a Spanish specialty, never ham, pasta cooked in a terrible way, I must say that the thing that disappointed me most was the food. I do not go outside of Italy to eat Italian but in this hotel having a mainly German clientele the food was only and exclusively linked to their tastes. I have been a guest in other hotels of this chain such as the S'Entrador and the Serrano but definitely the food was better and more varied. Excellent instead both for food and for the spectacular view the Attik restaurant. The pool area is really too small for the number of guests and the number of umbrellas and deck chairs available. What can I say, the view is magnificent and it is right on the beach of Son Moll for the rest in my opinion it is not worth the expense.

The reception at the hotel was just wow! The hotel director introduced himself personally and was always present, you can just tell that the hotel is very well run. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean and the view of the sea is simply breathtaking. The Atik restaurant is recommended even if the portions are very small. Small but very, very fine. We really enjoyed our vacation in May 2023. However, I have two points of criticism, 1. The loungers by the pool are very close together. 2. The premium loungers right by the sea for 25 euros a day are really beautiful but simply too expensive. We only treated ourselves to this luxury once. During our week, a total of 3 couples lay on the premium loungers. It's a shame that the beautiful place is used so little, of course it's because of the price. 25 euros per lounger is really too much.

Perfect location. You can get loungers by the pool and walk to the sea. Breakfast was great. All of the staff were excellent. The rooms were very bright and clean. The hotel is a bit noisy. But it was still quiet and relaxing. I can recommend it.

Everything was amazing! Great hotel! Great staff! Great location! I'd love to come back!! It was my first time here. Everyone tries so hard! I can only recommend the hotel! The food was also very good, we had half board.
