A two storey villa located in the quiet area of Cala Pi, surrounded by nature and only a ten minutes walk to the beach of Cala Pi and to the shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is also at twenty minutes drive from the famous beach of Es Trenc and only thirty minutes drive from Palma City.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a kitchen with breakfast bar which opens out into the living/dining room. From here there are patio doors leading to a covered furnished terrace for al fresco dining and outside relaxing on the comfortable outdoor sofa and armchairs looking over the pool.
Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with small terrace/balcony and another children's bedroom with bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a complete bathroom with shower.
Beside the pool you can enjoy a furnished pergola and a built in barbecue for catering and enjoying those outdoor meals with family and friends. There are some palms and semi tropical plants, and enough room for children to play in and a lovely sun terrace by the pool for relaxation. The lawn area has artificial grass.
