A well-equipped facility with every comfort, and the staff is kind and helpful. The 24-hour reception is very convenient. Due to an emergency, we had to cut our stay short, and even though it wasn’t required, we were refunded for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place.

Very good hotel. It's a two-minute walk from the sea. Kind staff who will always help. Cozy rooms and clean pool. Large selection of food and drinks. Every evening there is a show or music, so you won't be bored.

Missing bottled water in the room every day and in the bar as well. We had to ask for water in paper cups. They didn't want to fill our water bottle. And we had All Inclusive.

Staff very friendly. Food was excellent. Stayed for 4 nights and 3 nights in a 4 star hotel 10 minutes away. Don Juan was the best by far on the food and location. First time in area and would definately stay here again.

We were here for the second consecutible time this year, spending there two brilliant weeks, and the impression from our previous stay in Hipotels Don Juan was just the same. This is a 3* hotel, but considering the central beachfront location, amenities around, pool area and bar, buffet restaurant with a seaview, etc. - but foremost of all, this place is so perfect mainly thanks to ALL THE STAFF of this hotel. Either receptionists, bar staff, restaurant staff or mermaids, you feel like at home here. And for us is also important the overall clientéle, that is composed of mostly German tourists, thus lacking any English unruly rowdies. Should there be some "loyalty guest price advantage" for the next season, we would definitely consider coming there again. Thanks to all the staff for another perfect holidays!

This is a lovely hotel with great location. We arrived mid morning and our rooms were ready. Every member of staff are helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Good variety of food which was always hot. Service in restaurant was great from ordering drinks to clearing away dirty plates. The pool bar staff serve drinks with a smile and every area of the hotel is clean. Housekeeping daily. We left before the restaurant opened for breakfast but reception put our bags in a locked luggage room and allowed us early access to the restaurant for food….that extra touch just shows the kindness of the hotel staff. Would recommend and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The hotel needs a renovation. Food was sometimes cold. Lift was working on some days. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Location to the beach was top.
