The hotel is very clean and cleaned daily! The staff are amazing! The food is nice - nothing spectacular but it was all nice and there was plenty of choice. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Loved it and will definitely go back!!

Stayed at this hotel for a little break for myself and my daughter. The hotel is fresh and clean and the majority of staff is friendly. Great location, 5 mins from the beach. And plenty of restaurants and bars close by. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which is nice and spacious. The food is very hit and miss and with evening meal from 7.30pm it can almost feel like a bull pen. Forever queuing which is disappointing especially those with mobility issues and with children. The area is nice however going for A walk can be difficult considering their is a bike lane in the middle and you are forever dodging bikes so not very pedestrian friendly.

Very basic hotel I mean it’s deffo a 3 star. Everything was clean etc just food was awful and not much for people with food allergies. No entertainment unless you can call a guy singing a couple Spanish songs for half hour entertainment.. staff nice tho and the whole one cup situation is weird but good for the environment I guess?

Hotel very clean, good choice of food, room a bit basic. Kevin on reception made us feel very welcome he was totally lush, couldnt do enough for us going to miss his smile. Imad great guy, very entertaining especially with his bingo bongo, crazy guy brilliant! Sori behind the bar, great lady and very funny, we thought the staff made the holiday, 4 minutes walk to beach (amazing beach) and some great shops. Thank you guys for making my first holiday in many years memorable, definitely would stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel 11.45 we were informed that are room wouldn’t be ready till 3pm, no problem we were given our wrist bands to enjoy the all inclusive hotel. Drinks were better than expected but you need to pay 1 euro for your cup which is returned to you after using. If you want more premier brands then there is a cost. There is only 1 bar available and this opens 10am till 11pm. The pool area is rather small and sun beds are limited and not the most comfortable so you need plenty of padding, there are also a few tables in the sun the others are under cover. Food was okay for a 3 star hotel plenty of choice if you like a nice fresh salad or love seafood there was mussels and shrimp along with a new paella each evening, along with a pasta offering and always chips. If you want a burger or pizza this is not the hotel for you. The ice cream machine is amazing. Breakfast also had a good offering and some items were changed on a daily basis . There’s not a lot to do in the hotel, but that didn’t bother us as we like to go out and about and explore what the resort has to offer. We headed to Calla Millor a couple of minutes walk and went to the beach it was great sea warm and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The next day we headed to Cala bona and found the most amazing beach club which was worth the money comfy sun lounger, towels, pool and includes 100 euros of food and drinks in the price for your days stay in the early evening they have a DJ as the sun sets. We also found some really good bars off the side streets so worth exploring. The hotel was clean, beds comfy storage for luggage and a shower room if needed. It’s a great place if you just want a base to explore.

Stayed here for a few days with mu sister. First impressions when arriving just after 11pm were very negative after a frosty reception from Sadikh who was rude and unfriendly. Thankfully we didnt interact for the rest of our stay. The rooms are basic but clean, no fridge or kettle. Pool is a lot smaller than the pictures and not many sunbeds. Bar is open from 10am till 11pm. Food is lovely, plenty of selection which changes daily, wine and beer on tap in the restaurant. Snacks on the bar at 11am and 5pm ( cheese and ham sandwiches and pastries from breakfast) None of the staff smile or seem happy. Met some lovely people. Overall a good stay
