Just had the best week at this family run hotel . The rooms are a bit basic but I don’t let put that out you off I don’t want to spend my holiday in my room ! They are clean spacious and the the hotel team can’t do enough for you. Mainly Spanish families and a few Brits who have found this Gem . We have a week booked with jet 2 up the road next year and are going to cancel to come back here . A great location and Cala longa is perfect for families . 💯 recommend this place it’s such a lovely vibe and such great value for money

definitely the worst place in Ibiza, dirty apartment, no air conditioning, doors don't close, electrical outlets don't work, wifi doesn't work, they don't clean the apartment at all ... definitely everything from the 50s, terrible service! they don't understand anything.... they have a problem with the order for 2 people they don't remember anything

We have stayed here many times before and will continue to stay again. Beautifully situated on the lovely Cala Llonga beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with everything you would need. If it’s not there the supermarket is downstairs! The hosts are willing to help at any time. Well recommended.

I visited cala llonga in september 2021. Booked a week in an apartment in this place. Communication was great via whatapp. Paid for aircon in the room which worked great. Location is fantastic right by the shops and supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The manager was great in sorting is out with the room and paperwork. The food was good and barman/cook was a good lad. The blond girl was georgeous and very helpfull also. Pardon me im terrible with names. All in a great place to stay when in cala llonga a good base camp. Cleaner cleans the rooms daily with a nice pool area also. We had a street side balcony which at first we were dissapointed with but it turned out great because you can see the spanish people and tourists going about there business. Very good thanks And thanks to the staff for being nice and friendly. Love and peace❤️👍

Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno y almuerzo muy buenos y asequibles. Precios adecuados. Ubicación muy buena con playa cercana y comercios. Limpieza de habitación y reposición de toallas todos lo dias

Abbiamo prenotato due appartamenti tramite una agenzia di viaggi di Ibiza 4 notti nel mesi di agosto . Al nostro arrivo in struttura alle 12.00 abbiamo avuto la prima sorpresa... non risulta la nostra prenotazione; contattiamo l'agenzia che ci assicura che è tutto ok ma il proprietario, che parla solo spganolo, nega la cosa sostenendo che non ha ricevuto alcun pagamento dall'agenzia e ci prende in giro perchè abbiamo pagato una agenzia senza sapere dove sarebbero finiti i nostri soldi! Lasciamo la questione all'agente di viaggio e ci rechiamo in spiaggia. Alle 13.30 veniamo contattati dall'agenzia che ci conferma di poter andare in residence perchè tutto risolto. Torniamo alle 18 ed ecco la seconda sorpresa del "simpatico signore" che con il sorriso sulle labbra ci informa che la prenotazione risulta per un solo appartamento. Ricontattiamo l'agenzia che dopo diverse telefonate con il proprietario riesce a fargli recuperare la nostra prenotazione ed anche il pagamento. L'impressione è stata che il "simpatico signore" si divertisse a prenderci in giro! Abbiamo deciso con la collaborazione dell'agenzia di spostarci il giorno dopo e al momento del check out il "simpatico signore" ci ha richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno per tutti e 4 i giorni malgrado stessimo lasciando la struttura dopo un solo giorno Per quanto riguarda la struttura c'è poco da aggiungere alle altre recensioni che ho letto, non è stato tanto l'arredamento antico e malmesso dei locali quanto la puzza di chiuso ed il calore interno che sembrava di essere in un bunker. Stiamo valutando di presentare la Hoja de reclamaciones del consell insular de Ibiza e Formentera perchè una situazione del genere non ci è mai capitata e non dovrebbe mai accadere!

Personale gentile e preparato. Tuttavia la mancanza di aria condizionata è stata pesante soprattutto nelle giornate più calde di agosto. La struttura andrebbe ristrutturata per risultare più moderna, pulita e accessibile. Nel complesso, posizione e servizi nei dintorni hanno compensato.
