Amazing hotel! Excellent staff. But the best thing about the hotel is the amazing animation team they were the best I’ve ever seen especially Paige & Nacho. 😀

Just back, and wouldn't rush back here anytime soon. The hotel is more 3 star than 4. We probably go away 5 to 6 times a year and have stayed in a wide range of places, but this didn't hit the mark for me. The positives: the rooms and balconys are fresh and bright although for a family of 4, no where near enough storage space.. we stayed in K205. Negatives: Ants....Well, I posted a video.... I don't actually mind the odd ant, but this was mental. Even with the spray they came back.... Drinks: The cocktails even when premium are mixed mainly from a juice machine and tbh are not that great at all.. Splash Pool - Good slides and well setup for younger kids, fenced in so can keep an eye on younger children if wandering. Not deep so dont have to worry too much. Food: resturant gets packed and you have to queue, not fun with kids. The food is bang average and gets cold pretty fast, selection is small for a 4 star hotel of its size. We ate out 3 nights instead of staying at the hotel. Wouldn't even go back half board. Snack bar is absolutely grim, the food is just left open and out, flies and wasps non stop over everything. Again, pretty grotty. Pools: Just meh.. Good luck getting a sunbed here, tbh we didn''t bother, we go to the beach most of the time, when we got back in the afternoon we might get a spare bed. But if your a pool and chill person, then good luck. All in all, the kids had an enjoyable time as we spent most of our time of site doing stuff in majorca or in the splash pool. But I don't think this place is for us.

Just returned from a 5 night stay, 2 adults and children (8,10). Excellent holiday, my two boys loved it here. Positives: Rooms - we had a suite, were given room G101 which although lovely inside was in the worst position - opened straight onto busiest loud pool/ entertainment at night, next to toilets on ground floor, with huge concrete wall on terrace which should never be used as a room. Manager was excellent, moved us straight away to G205 which was much better. Room was super specious, lovely shower, huge glass wall balcony. If you’re not happy tell them straight away so they can sort it before more guests arrive! Pools - Heart pool is lovely & quieter. We weren’t fans of the main pool, squashed like sardines, loud & no shade! Easy fix is to get rid of the tonnes of tables & chairs which aren’t used in daytime & make them beds with parasols! Splash pool was fabulous for the boys, huge slides, felt really safe, it’s 2 mins across from the main hotel. Food - We loved breakfast & lunch, fabulous choice, dinner more hit & miss. Restaurant clean, lovely & cool air con & great staff. Location - fabulous! The beach is absolutely beautiful, we reserved our beds on day 1 for the whole stay. 17 euros per day includes 2 beds & safety deposit box. Sea is so shallow & calm my kids never got out of it! Lovely restaurants & shops nearby too. Flower Party was excellent! Heard white party was amazing too. Negatives: TIMINGS!! Drove us mad in the end. Pools don’t open till 10pm. They aren’t cleaning the pools, so must be a staff issue. You’re on holiday - young kids want to be in the pool earlier 10! Closing them at 7pm is wasted as no one uses them - moving it 9-6 would be so much better. Bars open at 10:30am so you can’t get any water or soft drinks unless you go to the restaurant & fill up from breakfast. At least open same time as the pool! Restaurant doesn’t open until 1pm lunch & 7pm for dinner causing HUGE queues - again, opening at 12pm & 6/6:30pm would massively reduce queues especially people with v young kids who eat early. Yes it’s peak season but times need to be spread out to ease congestion especially during summer hols. Splash park opening at 10am causes huge queues from 9:15 - everyone was unhappy, especially in the heat. Needs changing! Sunbeds - ridiculous, ended up having to be up at 5:30am as by 6:30am ALL beds at every pool were gone. No one should be having to do this on holiday but if you can’t beat them you have to join them! Queues for bar - yes it’s peak season, but the best AI hotels have waiter service. This would make a huge difference at night, no one wants to wait 20-30 mins in a queue for drinks, also it means everyone ordered double/ treble, taking even longer. Overall we had a fab holiday, would come back if the times were sorted.

Entertainment team were excellent got everyone involved, hotel is in a very good location, very close to the beach. Great number of pools different variety of all ages. clean rooms, and food different every night, and very good quality.

Not a good family hotel I should have paid what I paid last year and gone back to Alcudia. Issues with the room day one drains reported as shower not draining so bathroom flooded guy looked at it and said it’s ok without doing anything. Next day we reported the issue again this time no one bothered to come out so ofc at the night time shi#t was coming up the drains and ofc they have no one available to come out now till 7am firstly that’s there fault for not sending someone out earlier in the day and secondly how many family’s would like to stay in a room with sh#t coming up the shower drain god forbid you need to go toilet in the middle of the night what you flush will come back up. Kids pool is fine seems to keep them entertained but food not covered and bins left too close to the food bar area so naturally wasps are everywhere as they are providing a food source for them (can see this in many reviews) ants everywhere in your room on your bed on the sofa I honestly don’t know how they have got the reviews they have I have travelled a lot and this and one other hotel in turkey are the only two bad reviews I’ve had to leave. Stay clear book somewhere else even if it means paying more. Main restaurant is fine no complaints and the bar staff are friendly but that’s about the only positives I would give.

Having returned from our sixth visit, I can safely say that this place continues to be everything that we want from a holiday. The property is really well looked after, nicely decorated and really welcoming. The dining experience is good, with a wide variety of options and enjoyable themed evenings — the Mexican and American nights were our favourites. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Our holiday simply wouldn’t be the same without George, Aline, Diego, Lorena, Paige, Nacho, and Armand — though every member of the team is friendly, these guys make our stay so personal. It’s impossible to walk through the hotel without being greeted with a smile. The entertainment team deserves special recognition. They are incredibly talented at what they do. Guests should definitely take part in the activities they run throughout the day and make time for the evening shows. We really enjoyed the quizzes, Searching for Light, and of course, the unforgettable parties. The guest experience manager, regularly checks in with guests to ensure everything is perfect — if you have any issues, she will do everything she can to sort them. If there is one negative, it comes not from the hotel but from a handful of inconsiderate guests who reserved sunbeds by leaving towels on them as early as midnight. While this was frustrating, it was reassuring to see the staff step in to address the situation, and by the second week of our stay, the problem had been resolved. Overall, this hotel continues to impress, I would strongly recommend it to anyone and we’ve already booked to come back next year.
