Hotel Sa Barrera - Adults Only

Love love this adult hotel. Came here in 2017 and was here again this year. It is such a lovely quaint hotel. It’s a 3 star but such a lovely place. The rooms are small but enough for you to move around in. Big bed, tv, bathroom with a shower, fridge and wardrobe and an outside balcony. It also comes with air conditioning which is a godsend. The staff at pleasant, friendly, always with a smile. Breakfast is a must and very delicious. Outside swimming pool with sun loungers. You are right in Cala N Porter about 10 min walk to the beach and the restaurants. Well worth to stay for peace and quiet and to relax.

We visit Menorca each year to catch up with family and due to them moving we needed a hotel closer to them. I found this fabulous little hotel online and we have just returned after a wonderful visit. I’m so pleased we chose this place. This is a small family run hotel set on the edge of Cala n Porter overlooking the beach and bay, it’s close to all the resorts bars and restaurants but quiet and tranquil within the property. The pool view room we had was spotless, fantastic views over the countryside beyond and the sunsets. The room was a good size, plenty of hanging space, tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. There is a safe in the room at a small extra cost. The outside space was well cared for, has a pretty garden around the pool area and the terraced area overlooking the bay - the hotel restaurant has tables here too. There was never a problem getting a sun lounger, towels are also available at a small extra cost. We mainly had the continental breakfast which had plenty of choice and staff were happy to make a toasted sandwich at lunch. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. This is a real little gem of a place, don’t let three stars put you off- they really go that extra mile. We will definitely return

Absolutely charming hotel from the moment you walk through the entrance doors. Everything we experienced exceeded our expectations.  What you see really is what you get, a truly delightful and a peaceful oasis. Rooms, food and views are all great. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff made such a difference to our holiday experience.  Looking forward to our return in Summer '24.

We have just returned from a week staying this lovely family run hotel. It suited us perfectly. If you are looking for corporate shininess this isn’t the place for you but if you are looking for friendly helpful staff who always have a smile and friendly welcome then you’re in the right place. It was spotlessly clean and the breakfast offered a wide range of fresh home made goodies including fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice to die for! The pool was the perfect place to chill after exploring the island with never any problems getting a sun bed. Dinner in the evening was also very good . All in all this hotel is definitely worth more than the 5 stars I can give it!

Excellent hotel, amazing views from restaurant terrace and room balcony, staff all friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional, rooms and beds were comfortable, pool area was really nice, breakfast surprisingly varied for such a small and intimate hotel, super close to the beach (big climb back up though!) and to all the bars and restaurants in town. Thoroughly recommend.
