Lovely hotel, immaculate everywhere, rooms serviced daily. Bottled water provided initially in room fridge but not replenished. Walk in shower. We had Seaview room which was lovely to look out to. Lots of sunbeds and fixed straw parasols in different areas and on different levels. Never had a problem getting a pair. Small cove below hotel which is accessible from the hotel. Activities during around the pool and elsewhere in the hotel grounds. Food great, repetitive but always something we liked. Themed food nights good. Not much in area around hotel, odd bars & restaurants & little shops. Bus stop outside hotel to go to Cuitadella but we hired a car to get around. Plenty of snacks available during the day. Drinks ok, wouldn't recommend the pina colada tho which is chargeable and didn't taste anything like a normal one. Staff friendly and helpful. Inside bar, pool bar with a rooftop to sit and look out across the sea. What the hotel does lack in is evening entertainment for adults, virtually nothing! But we had a great stay, prices very reasonable for AI if booked through Tui. Recommend and we are going again next year.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food choices good even for fussy eaters like me. Also great drink selection. Hotel grounds excellent, nice walks around the hotel grounds. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Very clean and tidy hotel and rooms cleaned every day. Will go back to this hotel.

We love this hotel so much that this was our fourth visit in 3 years. Everything you need is here for a relaxed and enjoyable time. The food is great and available all day as are the drinks and ice cream. The hotel is immaculate and clean. The maids go in everyday and you decide if you need clean towels or not. The views from every room are spectacular. The staff who are excellent, friendly and very helpful, work so hard to help, even if people are rude to them, no need!!! Special mention to the lady who runs the restaurant (black curly hair and glasses, I’m so mad I didn’t get her name) who is super friendly and efficient. The staff all speak various languages which is very impressive since most of us haven’t yet got a grip of English. The pool is kept very clean and was still ok to swim in at this time of the year. Plenty of beds and no mad rush to secure them in the morning. The cove down by the hotel is lovely if you like a bit of sea swimming and snorkelling. The walk through the hotel grounds to get to the cove is gorgeous too. This will always be our go to chill out holiday place now but if you want to explore you can just jump on the bus outside the hotel as the transport on the island is great.

We had a fantastic three day stay at Farragut. The airport coach transfer was around an hour. The hotel is immaculate. Spotlessly clean and the grounds are well kept. Check In was fast and efficient, all reception staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Powerful shower, fridge with water provided. Kettle, tea, coffee, crema etc. We brought extra tea and sugar and purchased a milk from the hotel supermarket (which is accessed from the carpark). The Tv had bbc news. Our balcony overlooked the carpark, tennis courts, sea. Wonderful to hear the sound of the sea day and night. The pool area was clean, no issues getting sunbeds no matter what time we went down. The most spectacular views over the cove, such a relaxed atmosphere. The views from the roof top pool bar were incredible. The pools are salt water so you float easily. All the drinks we had were great. Mahou beer, cava, cocktails, sangria. All of the food was good, all fresh and so many options. Breakfast was everything you could imagine, full English (Inc regular sausages and hash browns), and continental with meats, cheese, so much fruit and cereals, pancakes, breads. Lunch and dinner had plenty of options with meat, salads, veg, paella, pizza, pasta, chips. There is a small children's pool with a slide and we saw a kids club room. There were not many children around and I wouldn't say the facilities are the best we've seen for kids. The mini disco was a video playing on the stage. We got a bus to the citadella from outside the hotel. 1.70 euro one way and it took about 30 minutes. The cove area next to the hotel is stunning. Just a 10 minute walk down the cliff paths. Plenty of entry points to the water. You will need sea shoes as its rocky. All the local shops sell them. We enjoyed walks in the immediate vicinity. Lots of gift shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Walk left out of the hotel and there is a beautiful sunset bar. Walk straight up the road and there is a bar selling frozen pints for 3 euro. Jimmy hills has a lot going on and reasonable drinks. We had a lovely meal at Yuca on our last night. The 25euro set meal was outstanding value for money.

After reading the reviews we decided to book this hotel and destination last minute as we had a week off. I have to admit we were very disappointed but mainly because of the food and drinks but we will get into this. Hotel The hotel was extremely clean and tidy and one of the best locations I’ve seen with stunning sunrise and sunset and the cove to the left of the hotel is stunning. The hotel does have disabled access and 4 lifts which for most part were fine. Main things we didn’t like about the hotel was paying 10 euros deposit each for pool towels plus you had to pay 1 euro for a clean towel, despite us already paying tourism tax as we checked in. Safe was another 10 euro deposit and 9 euro per day which I found crazy in a 4 star hotel. Another poor note was that as soon as you exit the building via the front door your confronted with the smell of **** to which I felt sorry for people staying in rooms directly above as clearly some staff member is partial to it. All in the the staff were ok however a few members of staff almost looked upon you as a burden when you asked for something. Entertainment I have to say the entertainment was probably the worst I’ve seen at any 4 star hotel that I’ve been too, very low quality, imo the evening entertainment was shocking, bingo and a very average singer or band after that. But if that’s your thing then this is the place for you. The pool entertainment was very poor, just not engaging people and general boring activities. Pool The pool is a salt water pool, nothing much to add as it seemed clean albeit it a tad on the cold side. Kids If you have kids then I’d say this isn’t the place for you as there is barely anything there for them, I’d suggest it’s catered more for adults. Food/Drink Here comes the worst part for me and my wife. The food for a 4star hotel was worse than any other 4 star hotel I have been too. You have plenty to select from but most of it was luke warm and pretty much the same every day. The pizza was like thin pieces of cardboard in the main restaurant, most of the other food was luke warm, bland and just really not great at all. Breakfast was the same everyday. NOW here is the kicker, surprisingly the snack bar food was pretty good so after a couple of days we realised this and skipped breakfast and had food at the snack bar, however on the evening we decided to eat out as there are lots of restaurants close to the hotel. The drinks were very average also, too sweet concentrated nasty cocktail, beer was ok and Pepsi is what it is, if you wanted a better cocktail you had to pay which I was not going too after seeing someone else pay for one and it looked pretty poor for the price. One thing that we were surprised to see that there were no plastic cups for kids at the restaurant and at one point I saw a child maybe 4 year old drinking from a wine glass, perhaps an oversight from the hotel. One super annoying thing was the que to get food and coff

This is the second time we have visited here first time as a couple on 2023 and as a family with a 15 year old son, we chose this as we wanted a quick getaway. The first visit was may early season and this time start of summer holiday. The hotel was busy, but didn’t feel overwhelming, there were always sunbeds to chose from. Again the room was spotlessly clean, the staff left the immaculate. Staff are friendly and polite. Food there are always options, a choice of everything and the sea food evening was divine. The hotel is in a great location, next to the cove, which is better to sit in during high season, nice sea breeze. Check in was seamless once again. Our room was a sea view which overlooked the car park and we did not get affected by any noise to be honest. We hired a car, and visted Cala galdana, Mahon and cuitadella and mount toro. Island easy to get around. We have fell in love with menorca and personally I have to stop myself from keep rebooking this hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to bars and restaurants which caters for all tastes.

On arriving the check in was smooth and didn't take very long. All the reception staff we found polite.friendly and helpful. Our room was ready which I was surprised by as its such a large hotel and we arrived around lunchtime. Our room was on the 5th floor. 502. The room was small but had everything we needed including a kettle and fridge. The terrace view was amazing. Such fab views. Id definitely recommend this room. The food was ok there was plenty of choice but sometimes the temperature of the food wasn't great. We did eat out most evenings and found some very good local restaurants ( Haiti and akhayas) which were very good value for money. The hotel, pool area and grounds were spotless. Our cleaner did a fab job in our room. The cove is lovely for a dip with lots of fish in. All in all for the money we paid we had a lovely relaxing week, in a very clean, friendly hotel. Also if you get chance visit the local trotting racing which is not advertised very well Mahon and Ciutadella.

Great hotel and very friendly, food is of a good standard and in the main a good choice for everyone. We paid extra for sea view but no need as the views are great inland as well. Great little cove next to hotel for snorkeling. A few shops and bars nearby. If your looking for a relaxing holiday, this is a great place to go. Bus services are good to local town but not alot there, half day visit is enough but at £4 per couple it's worth it. The only negative: hotel charges for use of safe!! Not had to pay to use the room safe for years, other than that no complaints at all.
