I booked this hotel for me and my partner, we should have stayed there 2 nights. We had several issues which was raised to management. Their response and how they handled the complaints was outrageous and unacceptable! The problem with the air-conditioning was continuous from moment we checked in, they said maintenance had fixed this, this is not true! My sunglasses was stolen by housekeeping, management said i should have put it in the safe, i paid for a room where my personal belonging were. I checked in and left my glasses on the table in the room, then went out with my partner following morning, housekeeping cleaned the room and when I returned to the room I noticed my glasses was missing, meaning it was stolen. I reported this to reception immediately. It is a Ray Ban glasses which as you are aware is expensive. Management did not take this seriously, 1st they said I lost it in the hotel premises, then they said I should have kept it in the safe. NO! YOUR HOUSEKEEPING SHOULD NOT BE STEALING REGARDLESS!! As for the taxi, we booked a cab with reception in the evening around 6pm for us to be picked up at 11pm. The reception team had forgotten to book this cab, we had to go to reception and asked where our taxi was. By the time the taxi arrived it was 11.25pm. Meaning it was 25 minutes late. The response from the hotel management team is disgraceful and unacceptable. They should take ownership of the issues faced during our stay!!!
