I booked this hotel for me and my partner, we should have stayed there 2 nights. We had several issues which was raised to management. Their response and how they handled the complaints was outrageous and unacceptable! The problem with the air-conditioning was continuous from moment we checked in, they said maintenance had fixed this, this is not true! My sunglasses was stolen by housekeeping, management said i should have put it in the safe, i paid for a room where my personal belonging were. I checked in and left my glasses on the table in the room, then went out with my partner following morning, housekeeping cleaned the room and when I returned to the room I noticed my glasses was missing, meaning it was stolen. I reported this to reception immediately. It is a Ray Ban glasses which as you are aware is expensive. Management did not take this seriously, 1st they said I lost it in the hotel premises, then they said I should have kept it in the safe. NO! YOUR HOUSEKEEPING SHOULD NOT BE STEALING REGARDLESS!! As for the taxi, we booked a cab with reception in the evening around 6pm for us to be picked up at 11pm. The reception team had forgotten to book this cab, we had to go to reception and asked where our taxi was. By the time the taxi arrived it was 11.25pm. Meaning it was 25 minutes late. The response from the hotel management team is disgraceful and unacceptable. They should take ownership of the issues faced during our stay!!!

We spent 7 days at this hotel, first impressions were a bit disappointing, the room was tired and shabby, although clean. Tiny balcony barely had room to squeeze by the door. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were quite friendly. No evening entertainment in the hotel. We were half board, the food was ok but quite limited choices. The pool is very small, thankfully the sea was warm and pleasant to swim in. Beautiful secluded beach, 21 euros per day for 2 loungers & parasol. Very small resort with just a couple of shops and restaurants. We wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous location, well maintained hotel, polite and helpful staff and stunning view from room! Only draw back is smoking is still allowed in the drinks area adjacent to the pool and the pool area itself. This is very uncomfortable for those with respiratory conditions.

Good breakfast! Decent rooms but not too special. Good value for mony, especially because of the location.

Nicely placed hotel in the quieter north east of Ibiza. Located directly on the beach in a sandy cove with only couple of other hotels. Hotel is very clean & staff always pleased to help. Food offering is half board & a good choice is offered & well presented. A car is useful to explore the area.

Very outdated and basic hotel but amazing location with access right onto the beach from the pool area. Free pool towels available and they provided a free shower room as we had to check out by 12pm. Short walk to a shop as a small bottle of water was €2.80 in the hotel! Okay breakfast selection but no gluten free bread available. They did have a small gluten free section though but only had biscuits and muesli. There was soya milk available. Only giving it 4* as it did not have that wow factor that you expect from an incredible beachside hotel. Also quite a challenging drive to get there especially if it is dark. There is free parking nearby but can be very hard to find a space.

I faced several issues during my stay. This was riased with management, unfortunately, no one has got back to me. This is appalling and poor management

What a lovely hotel and resort - people so friendly and nothing too much trouble. This is a quiet resort ideal for those who like to spend the day on the beach and eat good food of a night - some lovely restaurants. Cala San Vicente is a small and beautiful cove across the far side of Ibiza - no night clubs which for me was the attraction. There are a handful of hotels and restaurants. The hotels are right on the beach with a promenade that runs from one end to the other. Our room had a sea view and was amazing, nice to sit on the balcony and have pre-dinner drinks. Would definitely recommend this for those seeking a nice peaceful break. Rooms were spotless as was the hotel. One last thing - Wi-Fi was excellent too.
