Grupotel Imperio Playa

The hotel was satisfactory, being advertised as a 4-star establishment. However, the facilities and aged infrastructure fall short of justifying its star rating. Furthermore, its distant location from both the airport and city centre may be inconvenient. If your intention is to enjoy a lively nightlife, it would be advisable to book accommodations closer to Playa de Bossa.

Great hotel, great sea view, great breakfast

Everything was perfect. Quality - price . Nice staff, good breakfast, clean pool, near beach. A lot of drinks, the beach was verry clean. I arrived in 27 of september . Perfect weather and temperature of the sea. I stay 3 nights and all i needit was there

Fab hotel in a beautiful location. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Beds are comfy, aircon works well, good size bathroom with shower head over bath. Just lacking tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small fridge. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety plus omelette station! We were b&b but paid for the evening meal buffet one night and wasn’t disappointed either. The pool bar and lunch/snack menu were also great and you can take drinks into the beach (served in plastic cups). The drinks at the bar were the cheapest we had in the resort. Was able to arrange car hire direct from the hotel and had no problem finding parking down the road. The hotel may not look as fancy as its neighbour but it certainly has more heart and soul.

Comfy beds beautiful location but nothing there need to get a 30 minute bus ride to town .Lots of breakfast choice but unfortunately most of the hot food was cold .Only entertainment was in the next hotel and started at 6.15 and finished at eight after that the place was dead .also places to eat nearby were expensive. And people reserving sunbed round tfe pool although there was a small sign saying not to .Tried to book some excursions but the transport would not travel to us .Staff were lovely

Spent a week here as we returned to Ibiza to look at wedding venues. Cala saint Vincent is stunning and this hotel overlooks the beautiful beach there. There are a few restaurants in the area- on the beach and the boathouse are brilliant. I would recommend you rent a car if you are staying here, unless you’re happy to just lay and relax as it is a quiet area. We always found parking which is a small walk away. Breakfast was good, there was a lot of choice and I was really happy I could get fresh omelettes when I wished! Staff were brilliant, special shout out to Christina who really looked after us- 5* service. We had a slight issue but it was resolved immediately. All staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. 100% value for money. The hotel is a little dated but for the price you pay it is more than worth it! Also I saw a review about someone having their sunglasses stolen and was a bit scared. We moved rooms and I left my fiancés bank cards in the old safe- reception informed us of this slightly afterwards!!! So definitely no concerns from me! Thank you all for looking after us, can’t wait to return!!
