This hotel is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny we paid. The hotel is in the most beautiful location, I will miss listening to the waves with my balcony door open all night. The food is beautiful and there is so much choice and variety every day. The staff are lovely and they upgraded us to a suite which was perfect! Thank you so much for making our wedding anniversary special. We will be back!

Alike other views the only thing going for this hotel is the view it provides! As a person who travels regularly staying in hotels of all boards, types and locations I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately for the reasons based off of our experience below: Reception: We booked all inclusive for 5 nights here, at check-in we followed relevant procedure and were given half board wristbands causing obvious problems. When reaching the room (which was in a separate building, lugging luggage up and down stairs and along uneven pavements in the dark with nothing but a phone flashlight) with no support! - as two young girls alone traveling was not good enough. Quite an unfriendly reception but thought all would sort itself out in the morning but didn’t. Entertainment: The website states that there is entertainment and activities throughout the day yet there was nothing but an hour entertainment in the evening. Where the standard was below average. The only thing there to do was pay to hire paddle boards (not a problem but when being advertised that there is entertainment this shouldn’t be the only option). Room: As stated in the booking confirmation (as two friends) we booked a twin room. Yet upon arrival was presented with a normal double room. The room also presented no privacy as the toilet and shower door into the main room was see through and had a large gap when closed. In between the toilet room and the shower room there was nothing but a see through window which if you were in a couple would have been okay but not as friends! With the sink being in the main bedroom you had to be careful of this privacy difficulty! With this in mind the shower door had a large gap leading water to constantly run all over the floor (through the provided shower mat), which was difficult to manage - we did notice prior water damage on the walls from this. Also arriving late we expected a mini bar in the room, we were greeted to an empty fridge with two small 330ml bottles of water. With out of date long life milk provided, leaving clumpy bits in a morning coffee that we were exited to have! :( WiFi: General WiFi in this hotel is shocking … you struggle to even send a simple WhatsApp message it’s so weak and choppy! So make sure to purchase phone data packages prior to arrival! Due to our room being located in what can be described as an “outhouse” the WiFi did not even stretch to our bedroom room! Which is utterly unacceptable (again as two young girls traveling was scary and when at the time we had no signal, no data and no WiFi! - no way to contact home or anyone in an emergency!) Food: Even though chefs and waiting staff were lovely and definitely deserve more praise and couldn’t do enough for you, the lovely food was ruined by lukewarm buffet heaters. With often reused stale bread. With awful, cheap tasting coffee provided - however we understand this can be depending on taste. Check-out: Checkout time was 11am with our tran

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic, situated between two beaches with a shallow bay you can snorkel in. The rooms with the views are amazing however, the privacy is lacking as those overlooking the terrace have a glass front meaning people can see straight into you room from the terrace on the lower levels. the doubles were actual doubles and not 2 singles pushed together and the bathroom was a generous size. Very relaxing. We're it falls down was in the selection of foods available and the package itself. We were half board to save a bit of money as we were only there for 3 days. However we did not appreciate this only entitled us to tap water with our evening meal. Not even a soft drink which we found very disappointing. The entertainment was a little drab, all tribute acts, very samey after the third one so some variety would be good. The terrace was stunning however some control over the sunbeds is needed. People out there putting towels down before 5am to reserve them. This is worse than in a family hotel. Overall, the location is amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we did have a lovely time, it's just a shame there were a few things that need to be addressed.

Rude staff and management. Not clean around the pool area nor the roof top. Rooms absolutely stink of damp. A/C is terrible. Hotel certainly needs a makeover. The sun loungers are disgusting. The entertainment is the worst we've ever experienced. No day time activities around the hotel. Honestly it's brutal from check in to can't wait to check out. Food ok probably only ok thing about the hotel. Drink is diabolical really the worst ever. Staff never pick up cups around the pool from morning until evening. Then the life guard who would rather be the barman clears the area at 6pm. Cups pile up all day. No cash accepted only card. Yet only cash accepted for towels, bit weird. Everything has a hidden charge, pool towel clean especially lol. Oh and £50 a week for the room safe lol. But honestly the worst part of the hotel is the manageress, she prances around like queen muck not once does she approach guests for a chat or to see if guests are enjoying their stay or if there is anything she can help you with. And lastly don't complain on the email on check-in not even slightly because you will be given an extremely harsh response with a warning. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at by far. Wouldn't even deserve a star. Do not go and if you have already booked CHANGE if possible. There is nothing to do except look at the view with your partner.

This is our second visit to this lovely hotel. Stunning views, friendly hardworking staff and delicious food with plenty of choice. Highlight for us was the wild goats. Would highly recommend.
