The trip was booked through Jet2 hotel looked lovely and was presented as very nice. When we arrived on the first day we arrived before check in we were met by a member of staff on reception who was rude and when asked the question of storing our bags in the luggage room they said they said “maybe, hmmm there is no room.” But did not bother to look. Upon checking into the room the view was lovely and well presented. In terms of food it was buffet style and what was expected we went with half Board which I would recommend as the all inclusive only covers a small amount of cocktails and beer works out cheaper to pay yourself, the beaches surrounding the hotel are very nice as is the pool. Would recommend both windsurf and modesto restaurants within the town for lunch or dinner both are lovely modesto is mid-high value for food. Entertainment was good on the live music night However it’s 2 euros for bingo which if you win you are meant to get a large part of the money but in the case of this hotel it was a 17 euro prize despite over 30 tickets being sold maths ain’t mathing when staff were questioned they were very shady about it. They were definitely taking a share of the money into their own back pocket. In the downstairs bar there are plenty of tables to sit enjoy a drink and play cards and a pool table which is also 2 euros per game decent enough. To further add the staff seemed not to be accommodating and when asking questions was met with limited response and some using their time to be on personal phone calls rather than help. On the last day we woke up to it raining heavily we requested a later checkout to which we were told there was no rooms available throughout the whole hotel even though the option is available upon check in. Checked out at 11 and had no room or shower till 7:55pm as that’s when our transfer was. If you are looking for peace and quiet i recommend but hope the staff treat proper better than our visit

Adults only hotel, that have nothing good to offer, food was terrible, cold and tasteless, like you reheating bad fast food, bad choice and quality desserts, we only eat watermelon and some ice cream, rooms not cleanest, specially bathrooms with taps not being cleaned probably since installation, always hair and dust on floor (not mine), specially hate when people roll eyes when they supposed to do their job,and you asking for something. Definitely regret this holiday, totally waste of money, because they are not 4☆

This place has been so relaxing and the views are absolutely incredible we read a few reviews about the food and to be honest it’s a buffet there’s only so much they can do Yes some of the meals were repetitive so we decided to eat out one night at the Windsurf right opposite which was surprisingly nice despite the reviews and when we wanted something different we went to the snack bar which offers hot dogs burgers nuggets and something else as part of the all inclusive option You can get the bus to pollensa and Alcudia right opposite and reception have a time table or a taxi only costs 24 euros to Alcudia , both have great little markets Overall this was just what we needed Thank you for a great and memorable stay

Sitting in the reception area waiting for pick up to continue on for a week’s cruise. We stayed a week all inclusive in a double pool view room. Hotel is spotless. Never any dirty glasses, plates or rubbish lying around. Rooms are very clean. Food, I thought, was great. Not a massive buffet like some other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed but I prefer this. I’m vegetarian and always had plenty to eat. Labelling could be better. I did need to ask a few times what the dishes were as it wasn’t clear. Drinks were good for all inclusive. The beer was very good. Sparkling wine and wine also very good. Premium brands had to be paid for. There are 2 menus for drinks - one for all inclusive and another for half board or premium drinks. Staff are all very nice. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and attentive. The views from the hotel are gorgeous. There isn’t much in the area if you want to venture out. A couple of bars / restaurants. We ate out in the restaurant across the road once and had a few drinks in some of the other bars. All very nice. We got the bus to port de Pollensa twice. Gorgeous area also with some lovely bars and restaurants in the square and along the front. It’s a 15 min ride from the hotel and the bus stop is straight across the road. Reception provided timetables. Only negatives were that there was no bottled water provided in the rooms or bars. Only by the glass. There is a shop straight across the road though so we just filled from there. Lovely hotel and a lovely stay. Perfect if you just want to relax.

Booked all inclusive via TUI. Not good value and disappointing holiday. Room 135 was damp and smelt musty upon opening the door. Hotel informed me it was fully booked and could not move me despite having asthma. The downstairs gents toilet was leaking from the ceiling, around light socket and with ceiling bowing but still in use with a warning sign on the slippery floor. Due to heavy rain the gym was out of order when it was wanted to be used and the daytime entertainment poor. Local drinks also poor quality with mixers flat. Many hidden extra charges with the hotel and we had not been informed of the green tax prior to arrival which could only be paid by card. The only positive was the food which was of a good standard and the bar staff, housekeeping team and restaurant service was great. We have raised a complaint with TUi and will not return to a Globales hotel. This was not a four star hotel given the above.

Our room smelled strongly of damp as did the hallway outside of it. Should have been obvious to the staff. Even when room had patio door open it still smelled. It was a comfortable bed but the smell was constant and offputting. The shower leaked every time we used it. And the bathroom looked like an apprentice had fitted it. Disappointing. Food was nice but dining room lacked any kind of ambience. Lots of sunbeds and pretty location - very quiet.

On arrival at the hotel check in the guy at the reception didn’t seem to know what he was doing and took a long time we later found out he was actually from a different hotel. We were not informed about the charge of tax prior. Paying for a safe in the room is ridiculous when it comes part of the room and is an essential never had to do this before. We also kept being asked to sign things on arrival which wasn’t explained why. Once we had checked in we went to get some lunch from the restaurant before we were able to sit down we were stopped by a waitress who told us we were not entitled to lunch although we were all inclusive and it was only then that an English chap informed us that we had been given the wrong wrist bands (half board) and we then had to head back up to reception which is on floor 4 (restaurant on floor 0) with our luggage tired and hungry to rectify this. Room was nice however cleaning could have been better. Our balcony was not cleaned the whole week we were there. Only given 2 small bottles of water for the whole week which you have to keep refilling yourself as they won’t give you new ones. Our air con didn’t work on arrival we complained twice as it sounded like running water and was told there was nothing to that could be done until the next day. Thank goodness we bought our own towels as €10 for one and €1 for every change is appalling when again you’ve paid for all inclusive. On one day a chap had fallen over and cracked his eyebrow open although the life guards were extremely quick to react blood and body fluids were left unattended to (not even covered up to prevent anyone going near it) which is a health risk to anyone who would stand in it. Staff are very rude and unapproachable I was even told by the chef one evening that I couldn’t have anymore pork as I had already had some although we were all inclusive and a buffett which left me feeling mortified and uncomfortable. Some drinks/ice creams you have to pay for which again defeats the object of all inclusive. On checkout I had to ask for my deposit back for the safe as they weren’t going to return it! Lastly on arrival back to the UK a friend we met out there had left a gift for us for reception to give us however they did not so I’ve had to ring the hotel and ask them to post it out to me whether they will or not is another question! I’ve been to Majorca 4 times and always had a great experience but unfortunately this stay has left me not wanting to return. 2 stars are purely for the view and nice food. Would not recommend or return.
