Hotel was very clean & staff ultra helpful. Situated in the most amazing position next to the sea. Stayed half board. Food was ok. Typical all inclusive fayre. Quiet resort. Lovely beach bars nearby. Buses easily accessed to visit Pollença & Puerta Pollença 10/15 minutes journey.

This hotel is in the most perfect location. It’s in a small cove with the sun deck out at the tides reach. The hotel was clean. When you enter the hotel the first impression is very good. The receptionist was efficient in booking us in. There were a number of costs to be paid for at reception, including Tourism tax, deposit for towels and the safety deposit box. The total cost for 4 days for safety deposit was €39 with a further €10 deposit for the key. Our room was a weird shape but it worked because it allows more rooms to have a sea view balcony. There was a useful fridge in the room. The sad thing about the room was the damp. This is caused because the building hasn’t been finished off properly and sealed against the elements. The bathroom hasn’t got an extractor fan - as there’s no window it adds to the condensation in the room. The food is buffet style with different stations including a theatre style. We found the food disappointing as it could have been hotter and some of the meat was tough and gristly. The bacon at breakfast was reformed ham. To be fair there was always salad vegetables available. But less so for hot vegetables. Unfortunately we found the seating in the restaurant slightly uncomfortable. The lounge area was uncomfortable to sit in with partitioning which was not conducive to partaking in the entertainment.

Hotel is in a perfect location on the stunning bay. Had room 110 which had stunning views but unfortunately it was spoilt as it also had views of the bins and delivery area. Food was good always a choice but not extensive and breakfast was excellent. A shame there is no waiter service at the bar as it is 4 star which you would expect. Cocktails are excellent and a good price if you are half board. Sun bed areas are not maintained very well tables are left dirty and cushions should at least be sheltered from the rain. Room was clean and done every day but shower had some mould and surfaces not wiped at all. Best hotel location in the resort so that makes up for a lot of faults but don't think it's 4 star. Would return but hopefully with improvements

Booked all inclusive via TUI. Not good value and disappointing holiday. Room 135 was damp and smelt musty upon opening the door. Hotel informed me it was fully booked and could not move me despite having asthma. The downstairs gents toilet was leaking from the ceiling, around light socket and with ceiling bowing but still in use with a warning sign on the slippery floor. Due to heavy rain the gym was out of order when it was wanted to be used and the daytime entertainment poor. Local drinks also poor quality with mixers flat. Many hidden extra charges with the hotel and we had not been informed of the green tax prior to arrival which could only be paid by card. The only positive was the food which was of a good standard and the bar staff, housekeeping team and restaurant service was great. We have raised a complaint with TUi and will not return to a Globales hotel. This was not a four star hotel given the above.

The trip was booked through Jet2 hotel looked lovely and was presented as very nice. When we arrived on the first day we arrived before check in we were met by a member of staff on reception who was rude and when asked the question of storing our bags in the luggage room they said they said “maybe, hmmm there is no room.” But did not bother to look. Upon checking into the room the view was lovely and well presented. In terms of food it was buffet style and what was expected we went with half Board which I would recommend as the all inclusive only covers a small amount of cocktails and beer works out cheaper to pay yourself, the beaches surrounding the hotel are very nice as is the pool. Would recommend both windsurf and modesto restaurants within the town for lunch or dinner both are lovely modesto is mid-high value for food. Entertainment was good on the live music night However it’s 2 euros for bingo which if you win you are meant to get a large part of the money but in the case of this hotel it was a 17 euro prize despite over 30 tickets being sold maths ain’t mathing when staff were questioned they were very shady about it. They were definitely taking a share of the money into their own back pocket. In the downstairs bar there are plenty of tables to sit enjoy a drink and play cards and a pool table which is also 2 euros per game decent enough. To further add the staff seemed not to be accommodating and when asking questions was met with limited response and some using their time to be on personal phone calls rather than help. On the last day we woke up to it raining heavily we requested a later checkout to which we were told there was no rooms available throughout the whole hotel even though the option is available upon check in. Checked out at 11 and had no room or shower till 7:55pm as that’s when our transfer was. If you are looking for peace and quiet i recommend but hope the staff treat proper better than our visit

Adults only hotel, that have nothing good to offer, food was terrible, cold and tasteless, like you reheating bad fast food, bad choice and quality desserts, we only eat watermelon and some ice cream, rooms not cleanest, specially bathrooms with taps not being cleaned probably since installation, always hair and dust on floor (not mine), specially hate when people roll eyes when they supposed to do their job,and you asking for something. Definitely regret this holiday, totally waste of money, because they are not 4☆

This place has been so relaxing and the views are absolutely incredible we read a few reviews about the food and to be honest it’s a buffet there’s only so much they can do Yes some of the meals were repetitive so we decided to eat out one night at the Windsurf right opposite which was surprisingly nice despite the reviews and when we wanted something different we went to the snack bar which offers hot dogs burgers nuggets and something else as part of the all inclusive option You can get the bus to pollensa and Alcudia right opposite and reception have a time table or a taxi only costs 24 euros to Alcudia , both have great little markets Overall this was just what we needed Thank you for a great and memorable stay

Sitting in the reception area waiting for pick up to continue on for a week’s cruise. We stayed a week all inclusive in a double pool view room. Hotel is spotless. Never any dirty glasses, plates or rubbish lying around. Rooms are very clean. Food, I thought, was great. Not a massive buffet like some other all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed but I prefer this. I’m vegetarian and always had plenty to eat. Labelling could be better. I did need to ask a few times what the dishes were as it wasn’t clear. Drinks were good for all inclusive. The beer was very good. Sparkling wine and wine also very good. Premium brands had to be paid for. There are 2 menus for drinks - one for all inclusive and another for half board or premium drinks. Staff are all very nice. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and attentive. The views from the hotel are gorgeous. There isn’t much in the area if you want to venture out. A couple of bars / restaurants. We ate out in the restaurant across the road once and had a few drinks in some of the other bars. All very nice. We got the bus to port de Pollensa twice. Gorgeous area also with some lovely bars and restaurants in the square and along the front. It’s a 15 min ride from the hotel and the bus stop is straight across the road. Reception provided timetables. Only negatives were that there was no bottled water provided in the rooms or bars. Only by the glass. There is a shop straight across the road though so we just filled from there. Lovely hotel and a lovely stay. Perfect if you just want to relax.
