"Great value hotel, including breakfast and dinner, are buffet, very delicious! The room was very clean, I chose a room facing the sea, I woke up every day in the beautiful scenery of the sunrise on the sea, and I was in a good mood all day. The hotel has its own four swimming pools, one of which is on the shore rock, and it is especially convenient to swim in the sea and rest on the shore. In the evening, the hotel also has a bar singing, and the atmosphere is very good. And this hotel has 16 years old and above to live, so all leisure areas are very quiet, no children are noisy. In addition, we went at the end of October, it was already the end of the tourist season, so there were not many people and it was not crowded anywhere."

"Quaint hotel with a nice pool and bungalow type rooms that open up to the pool. The breakfast is quite good, fresh and tasty, nice coffee. Has a fitness room, that I used, some yoga mats and kettles would be appreciated. Extremely friendly waiter😊"

"It was a spacious room with a living room and bedroom, and also a terrace. There was some kind of show every night.
It was just over an hour by bus from the airport, but it was close to the beach and there were several delicious restaurants."

"La verdad es que por el precio que pagamos por el todo incluido no vamos a pedir mas. Comida estaba bien, quizas poca variedad, pero no nos quejamos. El personal de diez. Lo que no me gusto es que hacia un calor infernal en la isla y no ponian aire acondicionado en las instalaciones en las que se encontraba el personal trabajando (el aire acondicionado del comedor se desactivaba a las 15:00h independientemente de quien estuviera alli adentro). Es un hotel enfocado para el turismo extranjero. La cena se da hasta las 21:00h, deberian ampliarlo hasta las 22:00 a mi parecer. Hay muchas actividades. El horario de piscina demasiado limitado (10-18h) a las 6 de la tarde aun apetece quedarse bañandose. Por lo demas, todo bien."

"I really enjoyed the time spent in this hotel. It’s centrally located, you’ll be on the main restaurants area in 3mins walking distance and 5mins away from the beach. It actually looks much better than in pictures. The rooms have been refurbished recently, so it’s quite new. Breakfast is a good deal for 10 euros.
I like all the staff there, very warm and nice to us. It feels like a family run hotel, all of them are very lovely."

AAnonymous UserLs ubicación del hotel muy bien. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, encontramos pelos en la ducha antes de usarla nosotros, y manchas de comida en la mesa dem comedor. Las instalaciones de la habitsción estaban llenas de desperfectos: óxido en el espejo, cal en el grifo de la ducha, la mesa de madera rota... Además, pese a ser una habitación con cocina, no disponía de nada para poder usar la cocina, ni una sartén, ni ollas, ni ningún tipo de utensilio para poder cocinar o lavar los platos, solamente venía equipada con dos platos, dos cubiertos y dos vasos. En cuanto al resto de instalaciones, el desayuno bufet muy bien, variado y completo y el lugar del restaurante muy bonito. No usamos ninguna instalación más, pero sí que nos dio pena que no tuvieran en uso la piscina natural. El trato recibido es mejorable.

AAnonymous UserHotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough.
The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am?
On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time?
The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further.
Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.
