The whole experience was excellent. All staff were great and efficient. Great quality food and drinks, particularly considering quality cost ratio. All common areas, and room continuously being cleaned. Definitely a place I would like to repeat next year.

There was no other words describe this hotel. 1st night woke up after finally getting to sleep with a fan blurring away as air con wasn't working . Room was covered in ants and had to empty our entire cases. Rooms are very basic. We demanded tomorrow rooms which was better but air con still wasn't get. Pools are opened from 10am till 6pm which is rubbish . The pools ain't big enough . Dining area is very dirty and food isn't much to choose from know it's a 3 star but definitely not worth the money all inclusive and ate out most time. Drinks have to pay euro for cup which you keep turning your stay. Lot of the staff I feel are overworked and reception just are so rude. Look at reviews dont stay here coz far better 3 stars about . Dirty and stinking rooms people sitting outside front smoking doesn't look great when you pull up. Not allowed to smoke anywhere inside or outside in the hotel. We made our stay by going out and seeing places as lovely area just shame about this hotel. Definitely not be coming back even if it was for free

We stayed at the 3 star I would say 1 star rating on the 7th July until 11th July The jet 2 rep came out twice she was very good Lynn Gibson The hotel was dreadful let’s start :- The rooms had no air conditioning we asked for it to be looked at they never came The filters on air conditioning are black never been changed We had a junior suite the garden looked totally unkept We had no catering facilities in our room The fridge freezer was broken The kettle table was dirty The shower en-suite was dated and body wash and hand wash units are broken ! We had ants in our room constantly The settee was soiled The staff especially ANNE from Middlesbrough was dreadful so rude and unpleasant! With zero customer service !! money stolen from another family room ANNE’s response be careful what you say ! The pool had green mould Open at 10.00 and all made to leave at 6.00pm they lied and said it was Spanish law never hear so much rubbish all hotels in centre their pools had stayed open Tiles in baby pool broken Sun-beds broken Food was bearable but ℹ definitely would not eat pork and fish on a night out together ! We ended up eating out 4 times ! The reception had leather settees all dirty and broken , Then having to buy a towel for 7 euro each rather then take a deposit and return ! All inclusive generally means that not pay extra for safe / towels / branded cocktails The hotel needs to be removed from your site it’s letting the jet2 name down

I'll start with the positives; I'm not there anymore, and the lads behind the bar, that's it. The hotel is tired and grubby and I genuinely believe management have just lost all interest in this hotel. It's under resourced and therefore the basic level of maintenance has not been received, resulting, no doubt, in a steady decline. Food is poor, pool rules are crazy. You get evicted from the pool and surrounding loungers from 5:45 onwards. Air con very poor, likely due to the filthy filters. This hotel was likely very nice at one time and it's a shame it no longer is. It needs a complete overhaul and more staff. English lady on reception seemed like she'd had enough of life, nevermind moaning customers. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

Lovely hotel, rooms are a little out dated and could do with a more modern decor but facilities ect were still great! All staff were great accept Anne. Very rude manners, appeared to not enjoy her job whatsoever, and constantly sighing and huffing. All other staff were great though especially the bar staff who kept the evenings lively. Very family friendly which as a couple we didn't mind! The domestic staff were so friendly as were the kitchen staff. Anne did put a dampener on our stay as she never seemed to want to help with anything.
