The whole experience was excellent. All staff were great and efficient. Great quality food and drinks, particularly considering quality cost ratio. All common areas, and room continuously being cleaned. Definitely a place I would like to repeat next year.

Great entertainment, great selection of food and drink. Very family friendly and good location to town. Entertainment team were excellent and can’t fault them on anything. Very friendly and lots to do! Kids will always be entertained and so will the adults!

We’ve had the best ten days. 4 children, 14, 7, 6, 5. We wouldn’t have survived without the help of the amazing entertainment team! Can’t praise them enough! Including DJ Lucas. Everyone has eaten and drank more than enough, happy parents! Xxx

The staff work so hard and are soo friendly it made the holiday so much fun for all the family. The Entertainment was great to entertain the kids and some of the adults! Would definitely come back to this hotel again next year and probably stay for longer.

Just to start off the entertainment was so good for my little boy made it even more fun for him the food was good but i wanna ask because my boy was sad he couldnt say goodbye to the entertainment team is there anyway we could get hold of them we couldnt say goodbye or thank you anyway i could message them

The entertainment team are brilliant with the kids. My daughter absolutely loved the entertainment team. They are always happy and smiley, and always have time for the kids. My son is very shy but they helped him to join in and have a great time

We arrived at lunchtime, it was manic, as it was half term. Got to the room, was nice enough, big balcony. One bedroom apartment, loads of storage space, nice little kitchenette. Biggest gripe-the air con didn’t work. I am a woman of a certain age, it was so stuffy in the room, so I went back down to reception and was told it was on. She said she’d send a fan up, which after about 6 hours, she did. Well, I then spoke to an English receptionist, who reminded me of Joyce Temple Savage… she said the air con didn’t officially get turned on till June 1. They don’t tell you that when you book, if they had, I wouldn’t have booked here. When it did come on, it was fine. The food - breakfast was fine, usual stuff, lunch & dinner ok. There was always something to eat, but quite why they think you want to eat a liver casserole at 1pm in 28’ heat is beyond me. Most of it was bland, just warm & very repetitive. Dinner was the same, very dull. We ate out of a night. The pool area isn’t opened until 10am which is a fab idea. There are a few upstairs terrace areas which are quieter, away from the banging music and kids screaming. We always got a sunbed and an umbrella up there. The stairs are very slippery though. The area is very quiet, several restaurants & the usual shops. A Spar is just across the road. La Peperone is the best pizza you will ever eat, promise! We went to the Marina, which was a nice place, very expensive though. Cala D’Or was about €7 in a taxi… dunno who these people are who walk it! It’s nice there, loads of everything, lively. We paid €25 to keep our room til 3pm on last day, but our wristbands were promptly snipped off at 11am by JTS. She’s very important! Would I come back here - no, but we had a nice week. Take it for what it is.

Really impressed by everything at Gavimar La Mirada and we've had a wonderful holiday here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly - special shout out to the kids club team, especially Sina and Jolene, as they made every day really fun for our daughter. Plenty of activities for the whole family! The food was good too - a big selection and something for everyone. The hotel is in an ideal location - close to the beaches and shops/restaurants. Our rooms were cleaned spotless every day and towels refreshed. The cleaning staff really go above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable. We were really happy with the pools too - always clean and plenty of room for everyone. We've already booked for next year and we will be counting down the days until we return. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our holiday so special!

Very happy with our holiday here, its a great family place - would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice place to come with the family! The hotel is in a great setting, very close to the nearest beach...which is beautiful. The beach is quite small, so will get busy later on. We went in the mornings and came back to the hotel for lunch and then used the pool in the afternoons. Pools are really good for families. Small pool is great for beginners...our 5 year old loved it! Poolside drink/snack bar was nice, food was regularly cooked during the day and there was a decent choice of items available. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. There was always a good selection of food and very tasty as well...really enjoyed the Mexican themed dinner! The staff were all friendly and polite - lots of smiles. Constant cleaning/tidying up at meal times and throughout the day. The Entertainment Team were great as well, our 5 year old loved the Kids Club and the Mini Discos. The team were all super-friendly, smiley and made it a great holiday for the kids. We had such a great time that we've already booked to come back next year!
