Aparthotel Ciudad Laurel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The majority of vacationers (85-90% Germans, so the animation was mostly in German, they also dubbed it into English, Polish, Spanish). Very large, well-kept, clean hotel territory, very spacious, clean rooms-apartments in which there is a stove and you can cook food, there is everything you need for cooking, from spoons, forks, plates to pots, there is a kettle, coffee maker. The rooms are very clean, bed linen, towels are perfectly clean. The territory near the pool, toilets are perfectly clean. As for the kitchen, the food is varied and very tasty, every day there were meat, fish dishes, various salads, sausages, pastries. For an additional fee, you can rent a safe, which was in a separate room of the hotel. The walk to the sea took 5-7 minutes.

I'll start step by step... We were 2 adults and 2 children (3 months and 2 years old).‍‍‍ Hotel FOOD ➕️ The all-inclusive program absolutely matched 3*, I would even say it deserved at least 3*+. ➕️ Breakfast, lunch, and dinner always had a wide selection of food (hot meals, salads, bread, cheeses, vegetables, desserts). The repetitive menu mentioned in some reviews did not seem that way to me at all - the most commonly used sides (pasta, fries) repeated, but for example, rice and potatoes alternated. Sometimes there were spring rolls, sometimes raw sticks, etc. Definitely quite varied for a 3* hotel! ➕️ The food was constantly replenished, even if there were only 15 minutes left until the end of dinner, they replenished everything (including a huge salmon). Definitely no skimping on food. ➕️ I really appreciate that they try not to waste food here. What is left in the buffet often appears in some dish the next day. For example, salmon mousse, pastries filled with vegetable mix, potato pie. I find this very sympathetic and I support it. ➕️ Every evening there was something special for dinner, for example, an Asian evening (the chef prepared sushi in front of us), pasta mixed in Parmesan, grilling, chocolate fondue, and more. ➖️ The afternoon snack was not very rich and was the same every day (muffins, cookies, hot dogs). But it is a 3* hotel, so I don't rate it negatively. There was always enough food and it was always replenished, so there was enough for everyone. DRINKS ➕️ Branded sodas like Coca-Cola (classic, Zero, Fanta, Sprite) were available. ➖️ Juices are from concentrate, which is noticeable (it's a bit artificial). But again, if you don't like it, there are many other sweet drinks to choose from. ACCOMMODATION ➕️ It is an aparthotel, which is a brilliant way to travel with family. We had a standard apartment (not the premium one) and the equipment seemed great to us. We had a separate bedroom with a large double bed and then a living area with a kitchen, where there were two more beds/sofas. ➕️ A brilliant choice for families with children. ➕️ Cleaning was done every day and we were satisfied. They changed our bedding 3 times a week. They changed our towels almost daily. The bathroom was always cleaned, swept, and the beds made (and they didn't have it easy in our apartment - we traveled with two small children). ➕️ The surroundings between the villas are very well maintained, pleasant, and beautiful. ➕️ From our terrace, we had a direct view of the fountain. Beautiful! ➖️ Noise from the common areas during the evening program. It didn't bother us, on the contrary, we felt "in the action" even though we had to stay in the room because of the sleeping children. But some might have a problem with it. ➕️ Great animation team. There was always something to do. ➕️ The splash zone for kids is absolutely amazing. Kids aged 1-6 will love it. ➕️ Bubbles at the main pool. Very pleasant. ➖️ The main pool is quite full. Everything was perfect. beautiful, clean accommodation, very tasty food, hardworking and helpful staff, even 800m to the sea was not a problem. beautiful, clear sea. We would like to visit this location again. all that remains is to rate this aparthotel very highly.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Delicious food, every night there is a special theme for dinner: live cooking, sushi, tacos and kebab day. Everything is fresh and tasty. Rooms are spacious with free air- conditioning. We stayed in a family suite and is was superb. Very thorough cleaning, the hotel and surroundings are very well- kept. The hotel is located 10 minutes on foot from the beach and promenade. Interesting shows every night - great entertainment( flamenco night, acrobatics show and others). All the pools including splash pool for kids are safe and well-maintaned. The staff is the greatest highlight of the hotel, they are so helpful and so thoughtful. Highly recommended for a family holiday!

Hotel have a great location, it's situated not far from beach and not far from shops. Swimming pools are nice and water was warm enough. Slushy maker mashine and ice-cream mashine was beside the pool. Kid's could just go and help themselves. Food was great, staff nice and friendly. Would recommend 100%.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good food. Room plenty of space and clean. Beach bit far (15 minutes walk) sunbeds € 14 a day. Hotel has 2 very Pools. Water is very, very cold. No shops near hotel. Shops on boulevard sell the usual stuff. Go shopping in Sa Coma. 12 minutes by bus.
