A lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a good location. 100% recommended. Rooms are well distributed around an open courtyard with a lovely flower garden towards the back of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the open courtyard at 7am with fresh cheese, fruit and coffee.

They blast music at 7am. I had to call every day consecutively for them to lower it. They claim it is to cover the sound of traffic which is also very loud. I don’t understand why they would add more noise to their noise problem. After they turned off the music I was usually able to fall back asleep. I am not a difficult guest to please. The fly in my juice wouldn’t have warranted a bad review. However the music situation and corresponding customer service was extremely poor.

Durante toda mi estadía en Cajamarca, no pude haber tomado la mejor decisión de haberme hospedado en este Hotel, desde el recojo en el Aeropuerto, un buen Desayuno Buffet, sus instalaciones son limpias, sus personales son muy amables y atento en todo momento, además cuentan con un restaurante muy bueno en el mismo Hotel, y no olvidaré que una vez me atendieron muy rápido para no perderme un Tour que ya tenía pagado, estoy muy agradecido con María quien fue la que nos ayudó con esa atención. Si regreso a Cajamarca sin lugar a dudas volvería a este hospedaje.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel après un séjour de 4 nuits, il est mignon, j'avais demandé une chambre côté jardin pour être au calme. Il est en plein centre ce qui est très pratique pour toutes les visites. Les repas sont bons. Le personnel est très sympathique, David est très attentionné et le chef cuisto prépare de bons plats à base notamment de quinoa. Je recommande l'agence ITA avec qui j'ai fait 3 visites, ils ne sont vraiment pas chers, j'ai comparé avec d'autres sur la place des armes, et sont très bien, à 7 min à pied de l'hôtel.

Excelente hotel, extraordinario equipo de trabajo que atiende con esmero y gran dedicación a los huéspedes. El restaurante tiene una carta envidiable, precisa y que hace de su propio diseño, la atracción del cliente. El lomo saltado por ejemplo, inigualable. En el bar puedes pedir un chilcano con Pisco Portón que lo preparan a tu vista, asegurando que se trata de ese Pisco, para garantía de transparencia. Buen café, de lo mejor en Cajamarca. Las habitaciones siempre limpias, amplias, aireadas y con todo lo que uno requiere. Buena conexion WI-FI y lo mejor del hotel es la recepción, desde el señor de portería que muy bien presentado y super educado te ayuda en todo y ofrece seguridad en cada momento. Las señoritas de recepción son A1, atentas, amables, dispuestas a que el trámite de ingreso sea fácil y rápido para ir a la habitación sin perder tiempo. Nunca se olvidan de tu nombre y siempre saludan y te ayudan para cualquier requerimiento. Estoy muy sorprendido de la calidad de trabajadores, un ejemplo para la hotelería en Cajamarca. Y finalmente, vas a una casona hermosa, hecha un hotel para quien ama el Perú.

Fumigan de noche y en la habitación donde estaba hospedado llegaba el olor del insecticida que no deja dormir y me causó alergia. La respuesta es que el libro de reclamaciones está en la web y que fumigan siempre, en lugar de cambiarme la habitación. Lo peor son algunos vasos y tazas expuestos a la fumigación en lugar de estar cubiertos.

La habitación fue cómoda, la cama grande, no obstante la iluminación un poco débil y la bulla del patio (restaurante) era incómoda hasta las 11 pm. El personal muy atento y amable, tenía que salir a las 5 am por lo que me dieron desayuno para llevar en una lonchera. Si no tienes problema con el ruido entonces no tendrás inconvenientes.
