This review is after the first day of our 2 days booking, but I hope it will change. When we arrived at 9.15pm on 10/02/2023 at the entrance by Uber, the security team was busy socialising, and the entry was blocked. We unloaded our 4 bags and checked with the security of the entry. They showed the entry and advised to drag the bags around. I complained the incident to the duty manager at the reception who was defensive, interrogative, and said he would check the camera to confirm the credibility of the incident. We asked why we would complain if everything was as smooth as expected and walked away.
