Facilities: InterContinental after all, everything is fine Hygiene: very clean Environment: We stayed in a room by the pool. There is a small balcony in the room, and the view is very good. Service: The hotel service is good, but the front desk is not very effective. I don’t know if it’s Ctrip’s problem or the hotel’s problem. The room was booked one day in advance, but the front desk here couldn’t find our order, so we insisted on waiting at the front desk for one Hour. I think it is because of Ctrip's problem that the order relationship has not been confirmed with the other hotel! This experience is very poor, and the waiting time is too long.

A wonderful stay with a caring professional staff. The location is also amazing, walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, Zamalek, and Tahrir square. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable and a special thank you to Anna for guiding us and giving us a lot of tips about where to go and what to eat.
