Hotel location is great, breakfast is good, room is nice. However, there are some issues. The rooms have no openable windows, there is always a strong smell of air freshener which can’t be vented. Services are generally good, but there are some girls in the canteen pressurising for reviews after some average service while others silently work hard doing the services. 4 of us tried to play cards in the open area beside the pool as the room is stuffed with air freshener smells, but unfortunately we were asked to leave and do it in our own room. It ruined our experience a bit after otherwise a nice stay.
The hotel is very new and the interior environment is very good. Compared with the outside of the hotel, it is a paradise inside and a world of fireworks outside. The hotel is located by the Nile River. However, there is no viewing area by the Nile River, and the fence blocks the way. The breakfast is also good and rich. The gym facilities are also complete. Suitable for business travelers
Wonderful hotel, close to amenities. The staff is elegant and wonderful, especially the receptionists. Brother Abdulrahman, sisters Wafaa and Ismaa, and the third group with them. Thank you.

If we consider Egyptian standards, this hotel in Cairo is probably one of the best. If we refer to the European standards of 5-star Kempinski hotels, there would be a lot to correct. From the fact that the staff should respects privacy (they just walk into the room, while I were naked going to shower and then leave, without apologizing and laughing loudly), to the fact that there is a glass screen in the shower (same in 3 different rooms) leaking water, floods the bathroom or, say, the security service harassing you at 2 in the morning because of a ”suspicious” item in the suitcase, although the same thing was in the suitcase of the previous two arrivals and no one paid attention (it was a steam iron). In general, the staff is forced to be polite and they are very slow. Just a very kind restaurant receptionist and one nice waiter in Osman restaurant. I believe that this is the maximum that Kempinski manages to achieve in terms of its own standards considering the mentality of Egypt.
The stay at the ritz Carlton egypt hotel was more than good. We enjoyed the stay. It was unique. The service. The breakfast service and all its staff were wonderful. The reception service and the customer relations officers were all excellent and helpful. Thank you for receiving us. The wonderful reception.
My stay at Soft Hotel was wonderful in every way. The staff here are exceptional, providing professional and friendly service that makes you feel right at home. I especially want to thank Mr. Mahmoud, who was the epitome of hospitality and attentiveness, helping me throughout my stay with his warm smile and kind spirit. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this outstanding hotel if you’re looking for comfort, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you all for everything!
It is located in a very old building across the road from the Egyptian Museum and right next to a very busy and noisy road. We were first being allocated a room facing that very busy road. Vehicle horns can be heard throughout the night non-stop - horrendous! We got a transfer to another room the next day. It was slightly better but still noisy by any decent hotel standard. There was no towel hanger nor any hook to hang clothes. The shower head holder fell off! I will not stay here again. The good rating of this hotel is misleading.

Very Good
GGailThe hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience.
Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them.
I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind.
I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!
GGuest UserI was here looking for a clean and low-cost inn as much as possible
The room was clean and there were no insects and all my stay in Cairo was taken care of by this hostel
Due to the structure of the shower room, the floor of the toilet gets wet and the outlet of the bed is so hard that men cannot use it themselves, and they have to charge it with the outlet of the common area. I'm generally very satisfied.
The staff was kind and helpful even at late check-in at night, and the location was very grateful as the starting point for sightseeing in Cairo as the station and large bus terminal are within walking distance.
The entrance of the hotel is a little difficult to understand and it is anxious about old elevators, but the hotel is very modern and clean, so it is recommended
GGuest UserRoom is in a good location close to Tahrir Square and Egyptian Museum. You will need to carry your luggage up the stairs for one floor after taking the lift (goes up to the sixth floor) which is something to note if you have heavy luggage. Room is basic but comfortable enough, would like to suggest putting more hooks in the toilet and more electrical outlets.
JJoshDBWThe location is really central, right opposite the Egypt Museum and can be found easily on Uber. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the hospitality of the owners who were always willing to help and chat with us about what we needed or where we wanted to go. Very appreciative of them for that!
The room is comfortable enough with working AC and good size bathroom, but be prepared for the noise of traffic from outside as it’s close to a main road. Wifi also didn’t connect well in our room but maybe better for others. Breakfast is simple and more Egyptian/Arabic in style with pita, falafel, cheese and eggs + juice box.
GGuest UserPerfect location just across the road from the Museum. The hotel is safe for solo travelers, and there are police officers stationed on the ground floor of the building. Rooms are clean and basic breakfast is served in the room. Be aware of booking any additional services as the manager has the tendency to change the price and request higher price (in my case triple) than the agreed amount at the time of booking. The incident made me feel very uncomfortable as I am not used to being spoken to in a rude/ unfriendly/ border line aggressive manner by men, especially service providers. It did leave a bad impression at the very end of my stay.
GGuest UserThe boss was very enthusiastic. I arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning and arranged a room for me without saying anything. He also talked to me a lot but I didn't quite understand. It is 300m away from the Egyptian Museum. The location is great
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, about 10 minutes walk to the Egyptian Museum, about 15 minutes to the Nile River, there are many restaurants around, very lively at night.
The room was good overall, the shower was great, and the room was equipped with a hair dryer (that is, the noise was very loud).
I will choose here next time if I go to play!
GGuest UserIn the same building with other hotels, it is not easy to find. The facilities in the building are relatively old, the elevator is very old, and the door has to be opened by itself, which is quite interesting. The facilities in the house are okay, you can try it. The price of this kind of hotel in Cairo is still cheap. It is very close to the Khalili market. The breakfast is also very good. If you are not very particular, you can stay here.
GGuest User#性价比高##清洁卫生##交通便利##服务周到##fully equipped##环境好#Very happy to share this hotel, and the boss~Emad.Abeer is very nice people, friendly and helping, enjoy living in the hotel~cool. A hotel worth staying in, the boss is particularly good, helpful, breakfast, the price is very affordable, the cheapest one nearby, there is a local style ~ In short, will not regret 😄
