This was a last minute selection and after some reviews I knew this was the place for me. Joseph was the BEST!! He made me feel like we was best friends catching up from old times. The location is perfect. I met the owner and he ensured my experience was something to talk about. I would recommend as a family or solo traveler. The hotel offered tours with no pressure and a little shopping just around the corner. Planning to bring family next year. If you’re looking for a low-key, but great experience this is the hotel of choice, from the check-in to the owner, it just felt like family. Small down, the bed was a little uncomfortable however I’m sure that’ll be fixed soon. شكرا لك على كل شيء وسأراك قريبا.

The building is old, the service is good, the rooms are small, and some windows can see the street view. It is close to the go bus station, making it easy to travel to other cities.

The location is very good, but everything else is really average. It is only convenient for people who need to go to the Egyptian Museum. The rooms are old. For a hotel with this price, mineral water is charged... It's not included in the room rate. This is really outrageous.

The most important thing is that the room is written as 50 square meters on Ctrip, but it is only 25 square meters in reality. More than 600 yuan a night is not cheap in Egypt, so I don't think it's worth it. The service is OK and the people are kind. By the way, it's quite noisy.

When I arrived on the first night, I was given a different room than the one I had booked, and was told that they would change rooms tomorrow because they were full today. They changed it properly the next day. I think the staff are kind and courteous. The Wi-Fi wasn't working well.

The condition of the shower and front door is very bad.

The entrance of the hotel is a bit small, the owner is very nice, but the hardware facilities still need to be improved.

Environmental health is OK

Great Experience in Luxury Hotel and you will find warm welcome from professional staff with smile on their faces and the atmosphere is very nice and friendly and the room is very well decorated and the view of the hotel is gorgeous where you can enjoy the view of Downtown of Cairo.

Great value for money. Area is super busy which i wasnt a fan off, but for the value it was great. Service is super great. They worked hard to make the stay great. For the price i was overall very satisfied.

I like the hotel overall, but there was an annoying point. at check in, the person who was there to check us in kept on insisting to go to this souvenir shop, that we were going to get a discount because we are staying there. the insisting was too much that we agreed to go after leaving our luggage in the room. We didn't want to get any souvenirs yet, as we were barely arriving at Egypt less than an hour ago. he kept reminding us about the shop every time we walked by the lobby, it was very annoying that we decided to cancel another reservation we made for 1 night for the following week and went to stay in the New Cairo area.

Nice people. Crazy noise from the square.
