Great location in downtown Cairo, right on Talaat Harb Street – close to shops, restaurants, and offices. The hotel is basic but clean. Most rooms don’t have windows. No elevator and no sign at the entrance, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for

I like the service here but if you are looking for a clean hotel, you are in the wrong place. I feel uncomfortable staying here as electricity is down often and the network is super poor here.

I will beat anyone who recommends this hotel again!
I booked a twin room for 3 nights, but I was careful to book separately, and I can cancel the rest for free.
If you can tolerate the following, come here.
1. It is not a hotel, there is no lobby, and the iron gate is similar to the Regent Hotel where Stephen Chow stayed.
2. After entering the iron gate, the front desk is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator built 100 years ago, which is still broken. You have to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor by yourself.
3. The room is very small, with a half-broken old air conditioner blowing out 82-year-old gas. There is no window, and you can't open the window for ventilation.
4. The bathroom is also very small, and the shower area is very crowded. I was the second one to take a shower, and the water was cold after 1 minute.
5. There is no toothpaste and toothbrush, but there is shampoo and shower gel.
6. Breakfast is not a buffet. Two old ladies fry an egg for you with two breads. You can eat it or not.
7. I will never come again.

We booked two nights. We arrived in Cairo late on the first night and were told that there were no rooms available. We were moved to another hotel not far away, which was a little worse. We returned to the original hotel on the second night, which was quite troublesome.

The hotel is in a great location, with many shops and attractions in the city close by. The front desk is staffed by a handsome guy who is about 1.9 meters tall.
